Twice (including replacement) I ordered the same object but both times these were damaged.

Poor quality, keys stuchs.. stopper are of not good material & one is broken.
I have ordered it after seeing the the review. I didn't like the quality of the product. The stoppers are of not a good material and was broken, keys stucks while playing. I would suggest not to buy any musical instruments online. It will waste your money & time. I would request Amazon not to deat with low quality vendors, it will end up spoiling the brand name(Amazon)..
