Works well, less fatigue, noticeably quicker recovery.
I've been cycling for a couple of years. I ride 100 -150 mils a week, three to five hour rides on weekends. I've used Xojo powder in one of my water bottles for two Saturday rides now. I've noticed less ache in my legs after my "big rides" and less fatigue at the end. I need to adjust and push myself harder.And I have noticed I recover faster, I ride early in the morning. Today I rode nearly 50 miles, climbing over 4,000 ft up a canyon. And within two hours of coming home I was mowing the lawn and doing my normal Saturday chores with the ride having little impact on my activities. Last month a similar ride "took me out" for nearly 1/2 of he day.All in all the stuff works as advertised, a protein drink that doesn't make me feel like I need to barf.As with most workout powder based drinks, there is a little "gritty" taste to it, shake well and often to keep it mixed in your bottle. The taste isn't "great" but it's not bad.I was a little surprised that the container is only enough powder for 1 Gal. of mixed drink, but it works well, so it's worth it.

The protien powder I've been looking for!!
This is the protein powder I have been waiting for! For years my weight lifting coaches and gym instructors have been telling me I need to drink protein, but I just couldn't gag the stuff down no matter what I did with it. XOJO came into my life as I was preparing to run my first marathon a couple of months ago. At first, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to choke it down, but surprise, it didn't taste that bad. After drinking it for a few days, I was totally used to it. Not only that, but I felt a huge difference in my running. I would mix 4oz before a run and then drink another 4oz after. Amazingly, I had so much more energy, even into mile 10-11+ of my long training runs. My recovery was so much easier and I hardly felt the effects of my long runs. I credit my increased endurance to XOJO. I did not carry it with me on my long runs though as I only like to drink pure water while running, so I'm not sure if it could have been even more beneficial if I would have used it during my runs as well. If you are like me and can't stand the taste/texture of other protein powders, then this stuff is for you. I will certainly be making XOJO a part of my daily workouts from now on!

Great Stuff w/ Unexpected Benefit: Meal Replacement
I've been very happy with Xojo. There is one aspect in particular that I like about Xojo: meal replacement. I have one serving of Xojo, and it keeps me going for hours. I don't feel the need to snack, I don't get hungry quickly. It has been a very effective and nutritious meal replacement for me. Combined with exercise, Xojo has helped me lose weight; that's been an unexpected benefit. It also has given me great sustained energy as I workout at the gym. The taste is pretty good for a powder - admittedly not the best - but once I learned to shake it well in my sports bottle, I have had no problems. I love that it doesn't make me feel sick, or nauseous, which some protein and sports drinks/powders tend to do.

I made it work and was happy with the results
I was excited to try XOJO as part of my training program for my half marathon this fall. Using XOJO gave me an increase in energy while training. I usually just carry water with me on my runs. So it was a little tricky to come up with a way to carry XOJO too. I made it work and was happy with the results. The lemon-lime powder has a mild flavor and didn’t cause any GI problems while training. It gave me the energy I needed to complete the long runs. I especially noticed a difference after my long training runs. I didn’t feel completely drained afterwards. XOJO has helped in the recovery process as well. In just a couple of days I felt completely recovered from the half marathon. I will continue to use XOJO in my training. I would love to see XOJO in the form of beans,chews or blocks that would make it easier to carry on a run.

I really like this product
I really like this product. It tastes great and doesn't upset my stomach. I typically can't eat before my morning workouts, so I sip on this 15-20 minutes before I start and it gives me the energy I need. It's also mild on my stomach during workouts and keeps me going. After my more strenuous workouts (3-4 hours) it seems to help me recover well. Highly recommend.

This is a great product. I am pretty picky with my hydration when I work out but have found something that sits well with my stomach and tastes great! I workout 6-7 times a week and this has become part of my regular hydration plan. Whether on the bike or at the gym, Xojo is my new go-to. Many protein powder drinks taste like dirt, literally, but this has a light and smooth flavor that sets well. The only MINOR thing is that it takes some extra effort to get it to mix/dissolve. I suggest using a shaker bottle to get it to mix quickly. Once it dissolves (which only takes a little effort to make happen), it is awesome! Happy to have found such a great product!

I have used XOJO before workouts and during workouts (I have not used it as a recovery drink). Also, I very carefully followed the instructions to add one scoop of XOJO to four ounces of water. The workouts include biking, hiking, running, and crossfit-style workouts (lots of explosive movements with little or no rest between sets). I have noticed a distinct improvement in my endurance during workouts when I drink the XOJO right before and during the workouts. The improvement is more noticeable during the longer workouts. The XOJO does not make me impervious to fatigue, but it does reduce it. I will definitely order more when my current supply runs out.
