Love this neck wrap. I had used one at a spa while getting my nails done and this one is almost an exact match! Light weight, easy to heat up and perfect for relaxing!

The media could not be loaded.  This is by far the BEST neck pad ever....very comfortable and snug. You can take the bag inside and place in freezer for a nice cool, relaxing sensation or when heated (as my mom did in pic). She says that it makes her soooo relaxed and the heat isn't overwhelming. It relieved her tightened muscles in her neck and by the way, there is no odor detected.This can replace your travel neck pillow. So if you are looking for relief on the go. This neck wrap is wonderful!! So soft and fits perfect around your neck. Cover is washable. Can also, be heated or cooled. Exactly what you need for a stiff neck!!! Shipping was great. I had this on my door step in less than 24 hours.

It worked well on my neck and took the pain away. It is very soft. A little heavy but I was fine with that.

The neck wrap looks good and seems well made, however the contents do not stay hot very long at all. I would like it if it was hotter after 2 minutes in the microwave and stayed hotter for longer. It's a pain to get up and reheat it after 15 minutes.

Nice, calming scent. Easy to use. Removable cover makes for easy cleaning. It heats up quickly and evenly. It does not hold the heat as long as I’d like it to.

Best heat pack I've purchased. Filling is packed tightly, perfect size for beck and the wider back section Is also perfect for the tummy. Versatile a good quality. And the lavender scent is likely all natural, very soothing.

I had purchased a similar heating bag about 10 years ago. I needed to replace it so I purchased this one after much looking for something similar to the one I previously had. When this one arrived it was tiny. Not what I was looking for. Soft, good material, I am sure good quality but not big enough for me.
