This hazelnut flavour from LoCCo is absolutely spot on though - I needed more than a few drops to get a really good sense of the flavour but with the right amount in a hot chocolate it tasted absolutely lovely. I tried it in some pretty basic coffee and it really bought it to life and also reduced the amount of sweetener I needed as this is quite sweet and then I also added it to some chocolate and nut oat crunches I made and it was again delicious. These LoCCo chocolate drops are a clear liquid which are sugar-free, gluten-free, fat-free and vegan and vegetarian friendly. The 30 mL bottle has a removable screw cap, which when removed reveals a nozzle dropper. When smelling these chocolate drops there is no mistake of distinguishing this is a chocolate flavouring. When I first smelt these drops it remind me of the chocolate sauce you get with profiteroles. The chocolate flavour is very strong and does not leave any aftertaste which has to get a thumbs up from me. I have had this with vanilla ice cream which I took a picture of, but being that the chocolate drops are a clear liquid you cannot see it. But believe me you can taste this, in fact I close my eyes and it was like eating a chocolate flavoured ice cream. The next time I have this I would have to reduce the amount of drops from seven two possibly three or four, but obviously this all depends on the individual and your taste buds. The reason why I went for seven drops straight away its because I had this also with a black coffee and I decided not to have any sweeteners, but I think because the coffee was black all I could taste was the bitterness of the coffee, I could smell the chocolate but could not taste it. This LoCCo low-calorie chocolate drops can boost any meal from protein shakes, desserts, yoghurts, coffee or home-made pastries. It is a great product and well done to the LoCCo brand for this product. L’economia della presente trattazione non mi consente di soffermarmi sull’esatto contenuto di tali validazioni; mi limito, soltanto, a rilevare che entrambe presuppongono una serie di stringenti controlli e sono, pertanto, prodromiche di alta qualità, igiene e sicurezza alimentare.Mi piace tenermi in forma, per cui in genere affianco alla pratica sportiva un’alimentazione piuttosto rigorosa. Negli ultimi tempi, però, i cibi e le bibite insapori ed inodori hanno cominciato un po’ a stancarmi, pertanto mi sono messo alla ricerca di un “diversivo”, che non derogasse dal protocollo salutistico. La mia attenzione è stata catalizzata dal prodotto in questione, poiché veniva sottolineato che la singola dose, sufficiente ad arricchire ogni tipo di alimento, solido o liquido, contiene solo 1 kcal; inoltre, mi sono lasciato condizionare dall’assenza di grassi e di allergeni, come il glutine ed il lattosio, nonché dall’irrisorio contenuto di carboidrati, i quali, prossimi allo zero, rendono il preparato adatto anche ai diabetici.L’articolo è rappresentato da un minuscolo flacone di plastica riciclabile bianca (polietilene ad alta densità), chiuso da un tappo a vite, il quale, facile da aprire e da chiudere, copre un comodo contagocce. Sottolineo che tale data rappresenta la soglia temporale fino alla quale l’alimento mantiene intatte le sue proprietà se conservato correttamente. Superato tale termine, non diventa pericoloso per la salute; sarà ancora possibile consumarlo, ma le sue qualità organolettiche inizieranno a subire una progressiva flessione.Manca, di fianco all’indicazione del quantitativo contenuto dal flacone, la “℮”, che rappresenta il c.d. “simbolo di stima”, il quale certifica che il divario tra la quantità effettiva contenuta nella confezione e quella nominale riportata in etichetta non eccede i limiti fissati dalla normativa dell’Unione Europea.Per sondare la reclamizzata versatilità di questo preparato ho provato ad abbinarlo a molti dei cibi e delle bibite, che assumo quotidianamente, non limitandomi solo a quelli squisitamente dietetici. Ho, infatti, aggiunto la dose suggerita di 5 gocce, facilmente ottenibile col dosatore in dotazione, all’acqua, al caffè, al tè, alle tisane, al latte (freddo e caldo), allo yogurt, al kefir, agli smoothie, ai frullati proteici, alle gallette di riso, alle fette biscottate, ai cereali, agli oatmeal, ai fiocchi di latte, alla ricotta, nonché a numerosi dolci e dessert ipocalorici. Il gusto nocciola si è sposato perfettamente con ognuno di questi alimenti, in relazione ai quali ho riscontrato un notevole miglioramento in termini di sapore e di fragranza, senza alcun disturbo gastrointestinale o reazione allergica.Sulla scorta della positiva esperienza maturata con questo prodotto ritengo equo e concorrenziale l’importo di 6,99 euro, al quale viene attualmente commercializzato, ribadendo che il flacone da 30 ml è sufficiente per 60 dosi, ciascuna delle quali è in grado di insaporire ed aromatizzare qualsiasi cibo “al costo” di appena 1 kcal.
