Really enjoyed the article on the Next Best Restaurants and how the ideas came about - like the Tandoori Steak House - Ruth Krishna's, Benu, and the pop up Chinese restaurant. So good to read about passionate chefs following their instincts. I love it when they cover a subject in depth with recipes. In this case: fish stew by Eric Ripert, David Chang, and Nick Balla. And writing about other eating experiences - like those who dress up and share meals together at theme restaurant in Dinner and a Show. The let down for me (comparing it to other issues) are the cartoons and the article about a man's personal journey of prostitution for food in good restaurants - the article was a bit long. But the interpreting a piece of art through food on a plate was creative. And the interview with Rene Redzepi - appreciated his honesty.

Another interesting edition in this fantastic series of food magazines. Insightful articles and some good photos and artwork

Always a good read. Kinky and odd but real and worth the trouble. I have every issue so far and always look for the next one with anticipation.
