Question 1

Hi i was just wondering is it normal for this stuff to form small ball like pieces? i've used as directed and i covered with vaseline on top. anyone?!

Yes!  Do not scrub it off... it will ball up and crumble as it degrades but this makes it easier to get it off.  I would cover it with Zinc Oxide ointment rather than vaseline because Zinc is healing and Vaseline traps bacteria inward which can cause worse issues.  This stuff saved my daughter from having skin grafts on her buttocks and allowed healthy skin to grow.  The other thing is using sterile saline which you can make easily at home to clean the site when needed or having the person take an epsom salt bath and soaking a little which you would think would burn but feels AMAZING when you are raw.  I made my own wipes with homemade sterile saline solution and unbleached, unprinted, white paper towels (Bounty is the best!) and they work like magic to get the area cleaner.  If I can be of further help...I don't know how to get connected because I can't put my email in a review and sleep at night!  If you make another help request, maybe I will get lucky enough to get the request again!  Ilex is like a miracle paste and so much better than ANY other rash cream! Don't be fooled.  I was not paid to say this and will continue to say that Ilex rocks just because it saved my daughter's skin!

We followed the directions and his butt cheeks seems to get stuck together. Anyone have that issue?
