Our family have used this product for several years now and we can immediately tell the difference, when we stop taking it. It helped my wife with restless leg syndrome and me with relaxing muscles, especially after extreme workouts. My gastroenterologist also recommended it for the IBS constipation. The fact that it also helps to get a better, restful sleep at night is an additional benefit. If you find these pills too large to swallow, my wife recommends drinking some water beforehand to wet the throat for smooth passage and aim them lengthwise, parallel to the walls of the throat (I hope this makes sense).

So far so good as far as that goes. Nice glass bottle they are packed in. I cannot understand why they make them so big! Hard for me to swallow. I guess I could cut in half, but they become jagged and that creeps me out. Anyway, good product, just wish they were smaller.

Purchased these for my senior aged mother who mentioned she was feeling lethargic. Not something quit uncommon at her age, sure, however these help give her a well needed boost. Packaging was great, nothing broken, and no pre broken seals. No odd smell or taste.
