I'm on my second bottle of Adam men's multivitamin and plan to keep it up with this brand. When I received the first bottle, I was concerned at how large the pills were, but they're very slippery and shaped to go down easily. I was surprised at how easy they are to swallow, going down easier than the small mini-fish oil capsules I also take. There are other comments about this brand of pills being oily which makes sense. Inside each capsule there is like a thick paste of vitamins, so if one or more of the capsules leaked, that could make the rest of them seem oily. Luckily neither of my bottles had any oily pills. If the label is correct (and there is no reason to doubt it...I've used NOW supplements before) these vitamins pack a lot into two large, daily capsules. I personally add on small doses of magnesium, zinc, creatine and fish oil but that's just me. I believe if you only took the ADAM vitamins you'd be covered. If you wanted to boost certain other vitamins, read the labels carefully and do your research to make sure you're not getting dangerously high amounts of anything, because these ADAM multivitamins are very complete daily support for most men.

Good supplement. I don't suddenly feel like Popeye when I take them, but I don't have any side effects either. It's a big pill but swallows easily. Have never had any broken tablets or indigestion.

I've been taking these for 3 months now and am very pleased with them. I have better energy and my immune system has been phenomenal this cold and flu season. I've never had any upset stomach or weird burps from taking them. My only complaint is that amazon pharmacy doesn't have it set up to be a part of their med packs yet.

Item arrived with pills being sticky with a yellow substance. I contacted manufacturer and was given a label to return the item directly to the manufacturer. Item was returned. Never heard from them again. I would not recommend this product since the manufacturer does not stand behind their product.

While I run and generally stay pretty healthy, my body temp was constantly about 1.5 degrees low. Did blood tests that found nothing and doc wasn't concerned, said it might be a vitamin deficiency. I tried another brand of vitamin first that was great, but it was over $1 per day to take. Since I take the liver supplement, I decided to try this one. So far, so good! I have more energy, my skin color actually looks better, and my body temp is back to normal. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner (it's two pills per day). There are a few things to consider when purchasing. First, make sure you take with food like it says. If you don't, you will burp the flavor of the vitamin, over and over. Not good! Next, be ready for your urine to turn neon yellow and smell like the vitamin. Finally, the pill is HUGE! It's not hard for me to take, but I can imagine for certain people, it will be too much. Outside of that, this is a great vitamin and is a great value.

I live in Japan, and they don't sell anything like this stuff. Take two teaspoons a day, and you will never have a problem! The package works really well, but I removed the pour spout so I could get my teaspoon in easier. I take it every night with a small cup of water, but I can also have it in my tea, fruit juice, coffee, and any other drink. There is no flavor, so you can put it in anything and it will taste exactly the same! Hell you could even have a glass of wine it.

Very good considering the price qnd quality and consumption from the Vitamin
