I have been using these particular Vitamins for years, I used to be one of those guys that took 10 different vitamins a day, It seemed as if that was all I did, I would forget to take them sometimes, So I decided I need an all in one vitamin, "you do have to take 2 of these a day WITH MEALS, you will get nauseous otherwise , keep 2 a day in mind gauging the value" I noticed immediate up beat mood, better than with the 10 a day I was taking before, I am budget kind of guy, so what I was taking before probably wasn't the best quality, I trust these, they are fresh and high quality, Really when you think about it, to buy a good Muti-Vitamin, then buy the herb supplements on top of it, I am saving big time on what I was spending, and no more dividing up 5 different bottles anymore, no hassle at all. just the 2 a day. Check the label, plenty of quality herbs for metabolism, I have lost 50 lbs and kept it off for 2 years, Granted my 2000 calorie a day diet, and increased activity is the main reason, but I feel, real or Placebo, these vitamins make me feel better and recover faster from workouts.

I've tried the once a day vitamins. I'm not a healthy person but my whole life growing up they were handed to me and never did anything to me but you must understand vitamins are vitamins meaning you most likely won't notice much. Well with these untrue. I am a drug addict so its hard for me to make bowel movements sometimes this supports colon health. I have no problem going to the bathroom now and painless. For energy this vitamin b 12 but also has 100mg of caffiene in each pill. Its two serving a day meaning take it with two meals which can be toast n eggs n coffee. Sits well in your stomach. It has proprietary amino acids not to be confused with bcca amino acids which bodybuilders or atheles use to get buff. If you want bcca amino acids check out natures best isopure zero carb vanilla whey protein. Whey protein is drained in bcca protein and also gives you energy. These give you energy to but different kind of energy. I also have high blood pressure it hasn't dropped much but its only been a month but I can say I've lost a lot of weight due to my fast metabolism. Just realize a pill isn't going to get you that magazine body you want, work and dissapline will but its a point in a great direction. Basically its like having car keys, you have the keys but without the car you ain't gonna go anywhere.

my new coffee. totally gives me the energy to last longer and work harder in the gym. these work very well i feel very alert. i am taking summer school when i didnt have these pills i would fall alseep during lecture classes, but now these pills give me the energy and the alertness to pay attention throughout the day i recommend my friends to get em. i always take em with breakfast and lunch. i believe from the GNC reviews people complain about stomach aches n nauesa when they take em without food. i would like to buy more of these directly from GNC store just because they got bargain deals to save me $$. taking 2 pill a day of vitamins will last me probably a month n a half so i dont want to spend $15-20 every month from amazon. the smell aint bad if you try other GNC multivitamins there practically the same smell im used to it by now doesnt bother me at all. havent notice if the Metabolism is taking effect or not this been using it for 4 weeks trying the Metabolism and energy different from the sports and regular GNC multivitamins i take. it would a big plus if its making me lose weight. but i can testify the Energy/mentel alertnes is working

i was pleased to see how fast my order arrives, only tooke 3 days from the day i ordered it, i keep seeing people complaining about the smell.... well.. they werent wrong, but if it didnt have a smell thats not entirely a good thing, generally a vitamin that doesnt have an odd odor doesnt have the odd odor because they use more binders and fillers and not enough of the raw product u need, the consumerlab report on this product is solid, it delivers the amounts of everything it promises, as far as the preformance of it, i started taking it a few days ago and i must say that i definatly fell good. the energy is actually there which is a rare trait when comparing other products similar to this that promise improved energy. GNC did not dissapoint me, it gave me the perfect boost to start my day with and i know my diet isnt all that great so i take comfort in the fact that the multivitamin formula in this product is one of the best, so bottom line, do i reccomend this product? yes i highly reccomend this product to any one and every one, it works hands down, it delivers everything it claims to, so hold ur nose if u cant get over the smell and give this a try.

I had not been taking any vitamins and was feeling lethargic & low for some time. I also don't eat as well as I should which pushed me to try these vitamins. I am a Mom of 3 little kids and I know this is for men but I was encouraged by the good reviews. I feel these vitamins have given me some much needed energy and also helped curb my hunger & need for snacking on sweets. I know it sounds too good to be true, but this is what I have personally noticed. Since there is a womens version of this with 'extras' that the men's one doesn't have I am alternating between the two, one day men's one day women's. It arrived real quick and I noticed an improvement in my energy levels straight away. LOL, got more housework done! It is quite a large tablet and it tastes awful but when you open the pack, you smell that these vitamins are 'fresh'. I found the 'mountain dew' colored urine amusing as one previous reviewer mentioned. But it doesn't last long. Women's version doesn't do that.

I used this mainly to boost my metabolism and give me energy. However, it has also decreased my appetite. I feel so full after eating just a little bit of food and I'm a bigger guy in the 260lb range. It took a while to feel any effects. But this product does work as intended, you might need a little time for your body to feel the effects.

These vitamins deliver exactly what is promised. The multivitamin aspect is pretty much exactly what you would expect. No surprises there. I'm not sure if the energy boost actually works or if it is just the placebo effect, but they make me feel more energized nonetheless. Can't comment much on the boost in metabolism. I take these in addition to working out and eating right, and there has been some weight loss. I don't know how much better these vitamins are compared to others, but they certainly aren't any worse. I will be sticking with these vitamins. Some people complain about the smell of these vitamins or how they change the color of your urine, but I really don't know what those people were expecting from this product. They smell like chocolate protein shake powder, and most multivitamins change the color of your urine. I don't consider either of those to be cons of this product. Overall, it offers the same as every other multivitamin plus the energy and metabolism boost and you can get it for a very reasonable price. Can't complain.
