Great vitamin. Nice balance of vitamins with just a touch of caffiene to get you going!

I used this mainly to boost my metabolism and give me energy. However, it has also decreased my appetite. I feel so full after eating just a little bit of food and I'm a bigger guy in the 260lb range. It took a while to feel any effects. But this product does work as intended, you might need a little time for your body to feel the effects.

These used to be 180 count for 26 bucks, but like everything else, you almost have to take what you can get these days. I like these vitamins because they give alil extra boost and I only take 1 a day.No complaints except for the price as its become high for the amount of vitamins you recieve, but with that said this seems like the now adjusted price for these multi's.

Mega men keeps me energized. I can feel the difference when I take it or I miss a couple of days. Great product for energy and focus.

Been using GNC multivitamins for a long time and I like that GNC delivers them straight to your door through Amazon. Never had an issues with them. I consider apart of my general health.

Started taking these 3 days ago now, and I'm not quite sure if it's the "placebo" effect or not, but I find myself having more energy than usual. I've never tried any supplements before, so I didn't know what to expect, and I was extremely skeptical, but since these were cheap I figured I'd try them. Glad I did, I find myself having the energy to workout and I've made the choice to start eating better, so I'm going to use these pills for a while and turn my life around! I'm not sure if it matters, but I don't take the 2 at a time, I take 1 with lunch and 1 with dinner, simply because I'm paranoid, and I didn't want to be overpowered, so I figure if it ain't broke, don't fix it! I've read complaints of the smell of the pills, I don't exactly love the smell, but it's NOWHERE near as bad as some people have made them sound. Honestly, that's the only viable complaint I can see, and it's not a bother as long as you don't carry them under your nose!*UPDATE*I have long since stopped taking these pills, I was getting the Mountain Dew urine effect, which isn't a major concern of mine, but I noticed when I missed a day of taking these pills, I got an EXTREME headache I couldn't get rid of unless I took the pills. This scared me, and I ended up slowly weening myself off of these pills, I will not be using them anymore, and advise against doing so! I also noticed after the first initial week, I didn't even notice a boost in energy anymore, negating the purpose of taking them in the first place. Sorry if my initial review was misleading, I did like them at first, but the negative side effects outweigh the positive...
