HQRP2200mAh Battery Compatible with Logitech Squeezebox Wi-Fi Internet Radio (Black/Red/White)

I needed a battery for my Logitech Squeezebox Radio. I had looked at another site and they had the remote and the battery for $449.99. Yes, that is what the price was. Not sure how many have been sold but, I wasn't interested.I really felt that I did not need the remote and only wanted a good battery for the radio.This battery fit into the bottom of the radio without any problems and charged quickly. I used it a couple of times without the ac cord attached and it worked well. I have not used it for more than an hour and do not know how long it would last before needing a charge.The battery is rated at 2200mAh and some of the other batteries were only 2000mAh. So, this battery will hold a better, stronger charge that should last a good time while off of the ac power.I would recommend this to others who need a battery for their Logitech Squeezebox Radio.I consider it a good purchase from a reputable vendor.

Purchased May 2016, no longer held charge July 2017. Radio still works with cord attached, but batteries dead, unit was in regular use for 14 months. Not sure if this is normal or not, since it is the only battery pack of this kind I have. Perhaps someone else can comment. Love the radio, but at 25 bucks a years to run, not sure if I will purchase battery pack again.

I'm always leery of getting generic batteries but these work very well. Honestly, we don't run the Squeezebox for long periods of time on battery but I've drained these a couple times now and they last for hours.

The wires are in the plug backwards and when put into the Squeezebox radio the only way the plug can be inserted the radio doesn't work.

These arrived as advertized, and seem to work just fine. i have not timed them on storage time, but i have had no problem unplugging and moving the SQB around seamlessly.I am not thrilled that i am spending a significant fraction of the SQB price just in a battery. A few point-clicks has shown that others have figured out how to make their own. That's my route next, as i need a couple more.

after a little over a month, decided to try to run the internet radio on this battery pack for a while. it turned out to be a short while, because the pack doesn't hold a charge very long.

I have purchased rechargeable batteries online before only to be disappointed. The HQRP 200mAh battery for the Squeezebox was the opposite. I have had it for four months and have yet to see it run out of power. I bring my Squeezebox outside when I'm doing chores or just sitting by the pool. I have used it for at least five hours continuously and maybe longer and it has not disappointed me. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a Squeezebox.
