Major design flaw

The quality is great, but there is a critical functional flaw with the interchangeable tips. After tapping the osteotome in place, the instrument won't twist out because the interchangeable tip will unscrew itself in the bone. While I thought the idea of changing convex and concave tips was innovative, I probably won't use these instruments again and won't recommend them to my colleagues.
