I can’t believe that this one little pillow has helped so much. I noticed a difference the first night. I had a severely broken leg and have multiple screws and a metal plate in it now and sleeping on my side was almost impossible and painful. But this pillow between my knees has kept my legs straight aligned and I now wake up without the hip, leg and foot pain and cramps I had before. It is the perfect amount of support and softness. I have recommended it to others. Everyone needs to try this. It will definitely help!!!!!

I was having issues with hip discomfort, which I contributed to my sleep patterns. I then stumbled upon this pillow. With knowing how memory foam is, I purchased 2 of them. One for me, and one for a family member. Following the use, the pain has dissipated. I am glad I made the purchase. Would recommend anyone who sleeps on their side and has hip discomfort/pain.

I have one of those and it was great at turning me into a side sleeper from a belly sleeper, thereby easing stiffness and back pains. I will this year be spending about 3 months on and off in another state. I had not brought my knee pillow, and after 2 weeks, I realized that I was getting back pains again. So I bought this second one, which I'll keep in Chicago, and I'm well again. My first one had been approved by my chiropractor who found it created a perfect spine alignment.

I ended up ordering a different different pillow for between my legs. This one is just too hard. It’s difficult to keep in place during the night with positioning.

I sleep on my side and realized that my hips would be tilted or my knees running together as I slept and it would affect my body upon wakening. I started placing my extra pillow between my knees at night. Then I found this knee pillow that fits just right and supports my body as I sleep at night.

I will never be able to sleep without this knee pillow ever again. I had a botched left total knee replacement a few years ago that’s never stopped hurting, especially at night. I must say this pillow helps tremendously. I was going days on end without sleep until I got this. The foam is sturdy and it comes with a removable, washable zipper cover. I highly recommend it. It’s well worth the money.

It does help alleviate my lower back pain. But obviously you can't move without readjusting it. I think it will be more beneficial and easier to use in the summer months when a blanket/sheet won't be necessary. Really like that the cover is removable for washing.

This was a gift for my husband, but he could not get used to using it. I tried it out and loved it! I normally don't use a pillow or anything else, but have now started using this. Very comfortable, the cooling gel doesn't let it get to hot.Would recommend.
