Lorpen Micro Modal Uniform Sock

Excellent Sock. Expensive yes. Worth it? Absolutely. Snug comfortable sock - small amount of compression. Not fully colorfast as someone mentioned but if I can ignore the wear above the heel (I use them for outdoor work) I have pairs that I still can use from 3-4 yrs ago. Only complaint is they are no longer available in Med or Large - any word on new stock I would like to know.

I originally bought these socks for light hiking in New Mexico, but they now are a staple for everyday wear. They wick moisture well and provide wonderful abrasion control at the heal and toe portions. They hold up well to multiple washing and hot drying and have not gotten any snags or other issues. True to size, a medium fit my women's size 8 very comfortably. Very comfortable, slightly high price, but well worth the money.

I decided it was time to upgrade from the multi-pack tube socks, and it was well worth it.These socks are extremely comfortable with just the right amount of cushioning. The different areas and constructions make for a great fit. I think these socks will be my sock of choice for some time to come.

In so far as one can love a sock, I love these.Substantial, not flimsy. Holds its shape. Pads heel.

Have been wearing Lorpens for a couple of years - when I can afford. Great socks - comfortable, long / hard wearing. But I've noticed, after many washings in hot they are not extremely colorfast. Still Love Them!!
