These strips are such a great price and very comparable to the most popular brands. I haven't noticed a huge difference in the first three days like it advertised, but it seems to be reducing some of the stains. I do drink a cup of coffee a day. Might take more than one box for heavy coffee or wine drinkers. I also did notice a bit of gum sensitivity, but that is standard for me. One tip is to make sure your teeth are very dry, use a dry washcloth even, to ensure the strips don't slide.

The gel was a little gooey after the strips were removed. Just brushed my teeth (no toothpaste) and rinsed my mouth out with water.

They are easy to use but don't whiten too much. I don't mind the flavor or the strips but the gunk it leaves is not pleasant.

These didn't work out for me. The product didn't whiten my teeth and I feel like I wasted my money.

3 days noticeability is no joke! In 3 days time my teeth are much whiter! Def going to keep using this!

Flavor is good, doesnt burn your gums, wish they had more In the box for the price they are but not too bad so far!

I have used various brands of teeth whitening stips and these have to be somewhat close to the bottom of my list. I just finished the last package of stips last night and put my before and after pictures side by side because a lot of times slow gradual change is hard to notice on one self. There was pretty much zero change in shades. I'll stick to equate or crest for now.
