I purchased this waist trainer in August, when I tried to try it on it didn’t fit. I lost some weight and 3 weeks ago I decided to try it on again. It fit but now 3 weeks later the hooks are coming out 😔

I love my Cincher for waist training. At first I thought I was going to have to return it for a larger size but with some effort (and sweat) I got it on. After reading several reviews I expected some real effort to get it on the first time. It really does make you look amazing and keeps you from eating too much at one sitting. I've had it for a week but I'm still only able to wear it for 4-6hrs per day. Its called waist training for a reason!! The only Con is that after hours of wearing/sitting one of the rods start to dig into my back. Other than this I could sustain the mild discomfort of being held in at all sides but that digging is unbearable after too long. It's not worth me not using it though. I'm hoping as I continue to exercise/diet/loose wait some of that back discomfort will go away (along with some unneeded back fat!). My goal is to work up to wearing for 8-10hrs, continue loosing weight and use the cincher until I'm on the last closures (therefore needing to order the next size down). I weigh 176lbs and bought the Medium size Cincher (36/28/38.5). Also, my husband Loves this Cincher more than I do. He wants me to wear it sun-up to sun-down. My boobs are already large (DD) and in the cincher they salute, my waist is very small and the small of my back has a deep dip. I'm totally favoring Jessica Rabbit over here and he has offered to buy my next 2. Lol

I am happy I purchased. It fit exactly as it should. Measure your waist at the largest part then purchase that size. This is a waist clincher it will be smaller than your measurement in order to "cinch" your waist. I put it on by myself and it was hard but not impossible, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was my breast were front and center!! Other than a little embarrassment it felt good on. I felt it on but not in a painful way, I was just aware of it. I have only used it a few times but I swear my posture is better and I feel this is going to work in helping me reduce my "jelly belly". It's definitely helping with my workouts. The size chart on amazon isnt tht accurate but there is a size chart on the packaging. I weighed 206 and i got the size made for 180 because my weight is carried in other places lol. Anyway it fit fine but some of the hooks were flattened and needed to be opened up to put the hook in. Not sure if thts how it was made or if it happened during delivery. Overall good item. Will buy the waist cincher soon

This vest runs A LOT smaller than I was expecting and I was already expecting a small fit to begin with. Currently the vest doesn't fit me properly due to the size, however, from holding it in my hands and feeling the material I can say that this vest feels extremely sturdy and seems like it'll last awhile, I will say that I have my doubts about the clasps, but so far they seem sturdy. If you buy the correct size than this would be a good buy

I really like there products.after ordering one,I did end up ordering a second for my sister. It does run very small so you do want to get at least 1 size bigger. I think this is great to use after pregnancy, it definitely helped me get back into shape but you have to be consistent with it. Wearing it when you workout is great too!

I have had rhis thing for at least 3 years , and it has lasred ! Still in great shape. Fit as expected. Would buy it again.

it is very tight and does not budge or bend. so if you drop something on the floor, you might want to consider letting it stay there. you will get used to it after some uses. i will recommend this product to others. and it was very good for the price.
