Van HeusenMen's Dress Shirt Regular Fit Poplin Solid

My hubby needed a shirt for a funeral and he’s quite fussy about the type he likes. I saw this and thought it would suit his needs and I wasn’t disappointed ( luckily neither was he). So it’s what I call a normal fit so not too tight on the body. It’s beautifully made and looks really stylish. The buttons are all well attached and fitted the button holes perfectly. The collar size is spot on. When he wore it he said it was very comfortable and he didn’t feel restricted at all. I washed it before he wore it on 30 degrees and it washed really well. I feel it was worth the money. It’s not a cheap shirt but it will last and always look good.

As with all Van Heusen shirts, the quality is superb. The sizing/fit options are the only issue. If you carry just a little extra weight, the slim fit shirts are just a bit snug, which means you have to order the regular fit and this leaves you with a conical cut so that when it fits the upper torso properly, it tents out from there like a traffic cone. It’s nothing that can’t be tailored, but that’s an extra expense that would be unnecessary if the original cut were better. That’s just being a bit picky though, as overall, it’s a very good shirt.

I needed a quality dress shirt to wear with a suit. Having returned two for colour and quality issues I was hoping for third time lucky, and I’m not disappointed. The colour, quality and fit of this shirt is perfect.

Nice shirt for the price, good fit, striking colour, will probably buy a few more like this.

Yet again, the shirt was sent with no packaging. The manufacturer’s ‘bag’ was loose and open at the top. Luckily, there was no actual damage this time but items should not be sent out without protective packaging

Great quality and colour. Bought for my 89yo dad as a Xmas pressie and he loves it. Have since bought another 4 colours. True to size and fast delivery.

I was glad to eventually find a man's 14" collar shirt that had a regular body size, fits really nicely. The only negative is it's not a light blue like in the photo, it's deeper and more mid blue. Very quick delivery.
