Nice Trailer
Super little trailer meets all of my needs. One of the plastic fenders failed from fatigue cracks. I replace both fenders with metal ones that should last as long as the rest of this useful trailer.

Nice Little Trailer
Kinda a pain to assemble but me and my 11 year granddaughter got it together in a day. Nice little trailer, perfect for small jobs around the area.

Great Trailer... if you can survive the terrible instructions.
I just got done building this trailer... I think 1 year was taken off my life. Yes, it's sturdy and solid but I'll get to the critical stuff.IF YOU READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUILD IT... IT WILL SAVE YOU HOURS AND HOURS OF YOUR TIME.- It arrives in a wood coffin (a foreshadowing perhaps?). Seriously. When you take the top off you are going to puncture your fingers on the insane amounts of sharp huge staples they use to hold it together. It's probably the most dangerous unwrapping I've every done. Wear gloves... or bleed.- The instructions are terrible. CONSTANTLY - you are having to undo things it tells you do do because something a few steps later requires access to a certain part of the trailer. IT'S BEST to read through all of the instructions before you do any step because you'll regret it by re-doing things if you don't. ALSO - Do not tighten screws very much until the very end... because you undo them so many times you don't want to have to kill your hands trying to fight the screws the whole time. (It does mention to only "assembly tighten", but not only all necessary steps of the process... also.... how tight is that? Kinda ambiguous to me... also you never know when you may move onto a step that may cover up the screws you need to tighten so you're always 2nd guessing when you should make it all really tight before you move on... maybe if they said later on when to tighten certain section it would help... I think they mentioned this once for the frame of it.... I hate them so much.)- It was missing washers, and nuts. i had to make 2 trips to the hardware store. Yeah. Hate.- Has a "supplemental parts" kit that you have to constantly access because the original hardware is insufficient. So instead of taking the bad hardware out, they take the lazy road and let you sort it all out. As if there isn't enough pieces to sort through already. (though they do separate the bags of hardware into steps which is nice, though the labels come off easily so be careful)- I had to actually drill out the "pre-drilled" holes on some of the metal slats because they were too small to fit the required and provided screw/pin. (this is very indicative of my experience building this... constantly having to be creative and compensate for things they left out... or poorly communicated.)- You're going to swear outloud when you install the floor pieces. I'm not kidding. You have to hold the nut on the bottom of the trailer, then torque with a socket wrench on top.... try doing this yourself. You'll hate your life. Not to mention the nuts strip constantly.... do yourself a favor and just use the ones from the "Supplemental parts kit" as they fit better and the original one are terrible.- There is a "little big giant trailer" sticker on the back panel that is huge and don'ts come off unless you use that orange stuff. annoying and tacky looking.- Everything is metal and solid except the PLASTIC splash guards that go above the tires. What's annoying about this is if they were sturdy metal like everything else you could use them as steps on/off the rig.- The biggest MF during installation was when it tells you to wire up (toward the end) to the tail lights... it tells you to wrap the black tubing around the wires... zip tie it... etc... THEN the step after that is to wire in the side markers to the wiring you just hid and zip tied up. how the **** am I suppose to wire anything in? Where did it give us a hint we would wire anything in? Oh... no it doesn't tell you that.... really ever... I thought the little green tubes on the main wire were connectors but they are the plugs for the side markers. Now for people who build stuff like this.... great, you know that already. But for NORMAL PEOPLE LIKE ME who don't wire trailers often I had to spend 90 minutes untying and untubeing to plug the side markers in... then redo all of that.... so frustrating.- The instructions pictures are terrible. It has steps out of order so you have to redo stuff (have I mentioned this yet?)- The back gate couldn't close because the license plate holder thing got in the way. CONSTANT CRAFTSMENSHIP ISSUES LIKE THIS... THINGS TOO SHORT... TOO LONG BY A LITTLE... HOLES TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL.So why am I giving it 4 stars? Because I think it's a solid quality product after you get done hating your life for building it. So if you have read this review and just know all this going in.... you'll save yourself A LOT OF TIME and you may rate it 5 stars yourself.

Good quality trailer, but bad service from Northern Tool.
Just got the trailer delivered a few days ago, haven't put it together because of a missing part in the package, but the parts looks good quality. It was shipped out from the manufacturer Let's Go Aero directly, northern tool is just the dealer. Once opened the box, found one part is missing, called Northern tool immediately, was told they would put a urgent request to the manufacturer , let me know as soon as they had a shipping tracking information. 3 days past, heard nothing from Northern tool. called Northern again, was told the customer service put a request to their coordinator, who is responsible to deal with the manufacturer, don't know how long exactly it will take to get a response from the manufacturer. Then called the manufacture Let's Go Aero directly, told them the situation, was informed they will ship the part directly. The forth day, called Northern tools again to check the status, was told their coordinator did put a request to the manufacturer yesterday, that was 3 days after my first called, 3 days after to send a request, is this a urgent request? but was told it is normal to wait about 5 days, nothing to say. Called Let's Go Aero on the fourth days, was told the part has been shipped and a tracking number was provided, but still no any information was provided from Northern tool. It is good to know the manufacturer Let's Go Aero sale the trailer directly, the sale price plus shipping still a little cheaper than this free shipping price, they have more models/styles to choose, and the manufacturer's service is much better than northern tool in my case. Hope I knew the manufacturer earlier.

I have been using mine for a year and let me say that this is by far the best trailer compared to anything out there. nothing comes even close to this.
