Nice handle and easy to install
Needed a replacement handle. It matched my shower fixtures and was very easy to install. The fit was perfect. Affordable and worked out great!

Perfect fit
Perfect fit for our super old pfister set. The previous owners 15+ years ago had just remodeled the bathroom, and got the hot and cold backwards. So, the handle doesn't line up to the "sun" or the "snowflake" engraved on the silver, but it's so faint that it doesn't bother me. Our old handle stopped working, probably from the *now* brass piece malfunctioning (it was plastic in the old systems). 10/10 looks great, feels secure, worth the money!!! Now I just need to polish my tub faucet to match LOL

Easy to install!
I got this to replace another Pfister handle that attached via a small allenhead screw. The screw stripped out so I wasn’t able to use that handle anymore. I LOVE the simplicity of this handle. It comes with a brass adapter that you attach to the plastic piece that sticks out of the cartridge (that plastic tip broke with the way the old handle attached). I feel like that brass adapter will add stability to the flimsy plastic and will hold up much better with a 11 year old boy man handling it while showering! lol After you attach the adapter you simply screw the handle on to it. Much much easier than the old style! And it looks so sleek and modern! I’m almost glad he broke the old cartridge because I was able to upgrade handles!

Replace for 20 year old shower faucet
My house was a builder grade from 2001. I gotta say, it doesn't leak and works very well however it was pretty gross looking. Needed update all of it. We have no plumbing experience, watched a youtube video and followed the paper instructions it came with, fit perfectly! So if you got this crystal clear knob thing, this will work. The handle and brush nickel is very nice.

Upgrade from previous Pfister handle
I have been needing to replace a leaking cartridge for nearly a year. My challenge was trying to remove the 3/32 hex bolt that was in the original shower handle. It was installed 10 years ago and the bolt was completely frozen and then became stripped trying to remove it. This resulted in having to drill out the old screw to remove the handle in order to replace the cartridge. I ordered this new handle do you have as a back up in case I could not get the handle original handle back on. But once I saw the redesign of the new handle I knew I would be replacing the old handle regardless. The new design handle has threads that allows you to screw the handle onto the cartridge unit and separate free moving handle that looks does not require a bolt for the handle. The handle moves independently of the handle mechanism, if that makes sense. I now have a smoother handle as well as no more leaking.

Need to know the depth you must cover with the trim plate
Got some excellent advice from Pfister about how to replace an old shower handle with one of these trim kits. Unfortunately, the one I selected, the Avalon, is not deep enough to cover my existing shower valve. It left a gap between the trim (round metal plate) and the wall. Not ideal for water proof conditions!Careful measuring shows that the trim I had had a 1/2" clearance, while the Avalon has only 3/8".It is a nice fixture, with an very nice handle. I'm going to explore whether any of the other Pfister trim kits have a deeper trim.3* - 1* for not working! and 5* if it had worked!
