I like how this works. The theory behind this product is interesting; it is meant to inhibit myostatin which is genetic code for 'turn off muscle reproduction.' So if you inhibit the muscle growth off switch then growth last longer right? Either way, NASA is currently testing myostatin inhibitors to prevent muscle loss. So this is worth looking into, and definitely worth getting ahead of the curve on health trends. (Needs more research. All outlooks and recommendation so far are good. There are studies looking into the benefit of myostatin inhibitors.) When I took this I felt longer stamina at the same level of energy. Helped me keep pushing because I wasn't getting tired as quick. I will be getting more of this to help stay consistent. I definitely recommend having lots of water with this, mostly because I felt so much stamina I had to worry if I was pushing more than my body normally wanted.

Reordered these from the same supplier. The new capsules did not have the same effect and looked a little different than my first order. I opened them up and what was on the inside was entirely a different color than the original. I'm not sure if the new capsules are spoiled or if it's an entirely different product placed in the same packaging. Clearly, anyone can see theses are not the same.

Excellent product. Highest amount of active ingredient I’ve seen anywhere. This ingredient works wonders for building muscle mass and cutting fat stores, especially when combined with sensible diet and exercise. Will definitely use again and again to assist with my fitness goals.

this supplement is more expensive than a regular supplements online, but still no improvement. Do not waste your money. While giving no progress, it has a side effect.

After using it for a couple weeks I love this product and will definitely buy it again.
