After losing our dog, I ordered this starfor our tree!!Good value for money and couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived!! Was so pleased with it too :))

My original order was fine, it arrived and was lovely and made my grandparents happy. I placed a 2nd order with a different name for my friends cat she lost. I received the 1st orders name, customer service apologised that the notes had not been checked and they used my original order but would fix their mistake. Only for me to receive a another one with the original name, so now I have 3 with the 1st name and nothing for my friend. I messaged and told them the mistake again but have heard nothing back since the 5th December. I had hoped to give it to her for her tree as she is spending Christmas without her childen. Customer service let down this nice product.

This was for a Christmas gift , the recipient loved it. .I didn't think it would have taken so long to come .
