Great batteries and great service = very happy customer.
I have had three of the marine version of this battery (8G27M) in service for 14 years and they are still going strong. However knowing all good things come to an end I decided to replace them this year. Ordering through Amazon I made a mistake and got the version with terminal tabs (8G27) instead of posts (8G27M). I thought I was up a creek as these big batteries had arrived by truck on a pallet. The Amazon storefront (Big Frog Mountain) and wholesaler (MK Battery) provided excellent customer service and got the batteries exchanged in less than two business days. I had to pay for the MK truck to make a special run to my home but the charge was a fraction of my expectations.
