So easy!
This thing is freaking AMAZING!!!! I'm a 5' nothing, 62 yr old woman, and I installed this and popped the toilet on, in literally 15 minutes! No more disgusting wax/poop combo! 😝

Good product
Good design, good seal, if installed correctly. Pay attention to instructions on proper projection above floor. If the flange is well below the finished floor surface, there is a separate spacer provided to go under the seal. If flush to + 1/4", use just the seal with attached foam spacer. If the flange is + > 1/4", remove the foam spacer attached to the seal, and use just the seal on top of the flange. The advantage of this over wax is that you can reposition the toilet, as needed. With wax, you only have one shot to get it right. If you set the toilet down off-center with wax, you may have to pitch it and start over. If installing a toilet alone--especially with heavier one-piece toilets and/or in tight spaces, I use a small furniture dolly (from Harbor Freight) to move the toilet into exact position over the flange, then lift the toilet, kick the dolly out of the way, then set the toilet straight down on the flange bolts.

better than wax by a mile
These are great and work so much easier and cleaner than wax rings. Never going back.

No wax no leaks
It's been a few months now since installation. No leaks, so working well, plus the seal fitted in seconds. I have not used one of these no-wax seals before, but I am now the converted. No more wax for me !

Good system if it fits your flange
Likes - flexible, toilet can be repositioned, removed, re-installed without harming seal.- forgiving if flange is a little high, or low, or out of level- toilet can wiggle a little and maintain sealDislikes - FOR MY application, did not fit well. If you have a fairly new bldg with PVC drain and waste pipes, the size of these rings with foam seals will fit OK. My old house has cast iron waste pipes with flange outside. The diameter of flange is larger than this seal. I had to relieve the holes in the spacer ring so it would install on the toilet mounting bolts. The outside edge of the foam ring barely touches the inside edge of flange. In other words, this ring needs another half inch of outside diameter to mate with an old cast-iron flange. If the flexible seal is stretched over the mounting bolts, the result is an out-of-round egg-shaped opening that will be difficult to get the toilet to drop into. Universal is not always universal. Be aware that things described as "Universal" and "One Size Fits All" will often give trouble.- one more dislike. This works if flange is slightly above floor level, even with floor level, or slightly below floor level (1/4 inch or less.) If lower, you must buy 2 seals and put one flexible seal inside the other. This is explained inside the package. installation instructions, step 5C. If more than 1/2 inch down (a spectacularly bad rough-in, or new layers of flooring under toilet) you will need a flange extender to get solid mounting and seal. Plumber job?Summary - Seals are installed and working OK (did not stretch the flexible ones, just pushed them into the spacer where the toilet grabbed them when lowered into position.) I had to modify the mounting holes in spacer, too close, should be long like the toilet mounting holes. If it were a Universal item, would fit onto any flange, even old cast iron. The old-fashioned wax rings fit, they have more I.D., more O.D. The toilet fits OK on flange and bolts, the Universal seal should have mounting holes like the toilet - just grab a toilet for a template, Fluidmaster design team. And if 2 seals might be needed, say that on OUTSIDE of box, or at least in the Amazon description. Hate those extra trips to Lowes in middle of the project.
