Works great
Does what it says, it cuts the power from my second battery and I do like the fact that it can be used manually. It turns off around 12.8 so it works for me.

Not as Advertised
This power isolator shows to have extra wires that you can tie off of for ignition protection and status lights, the two I ordered only has one black ground lead and no other wires. The instructions in the box show the other wires but the ones I received did not. Also, when active, the isolators do not actually isolate the two batteries. It combines the two batteries even when the vehicle is off and there is no charge from engine. If one battery is dead, then the isolator does not even see it and will not charge the dead battery. defeating the purpose. Just need to either get two correct models that I paid for and that was advertised on both amazon and the box they came in or need to get money back.

Very happy with the function of this VSR. Installed it in my 18’ fishing boat to charge the trolling motor battery from the main. Was on a week long trip and never had to remove the battery to try to charge it off the generator. I also installed an isolator switch to allow me to completely isolate from the main. Planning on buying another one to split my “main” battery into to a starter and house battery in the future.

I think it works. i would expect these would turn off after you turn the key off but im unsure. it will eventually turn off. sometimes at the beginning of operation it clicks on and off a few times then stays on. and its being advertised as 140 amps when it clearly says 125 amps.

Needed a battery isolator on my truck and this works like a charm for charging up two batteries. It kicks in the charge up the second battery after the primary battery is up a set voltage. Then it kicks in the relay and charges the secondary battery as well as maintaining the primary battery.

Can't beat the price. It doez exactly the job it should. The instructions could be better but I didn't really need them.
