I plan to order this model scooter. Do the smaller hard wheels need to be purchased separately?

I ordered on 7/24/17 and the package I received did not include the front axles with the hard wheels, only the all-terrain wheels. I have contacted the seller to determine whether this was a mistake, since it appears to be different from the experience of other customers on this page. Update: The manufacturer responded that this product no longer comes with an additional front axle with the hard wheels. Only the all-terrain wheels are included. IMO, this is a major disappointment, especially when it is obvious that other customers received both sets of wheels at the same price.

Does this scooter work well on grass,fields?

I brought it up to my campground and it worked well. sometimes a bit more difficult on soft dirt or soft ground with grass but overall, i was pleased with it. if you can't use one foot. it is a godsend!

Does the hybrid fix the issues people had with the all terrain and the knee cycle?

I did use my scooter on many surfaces. Pavements, roads and brick walkways were not difficult. Surfaces like grass fields or even trails may contain hidden dangers such as ruts, holes and rocks. This would be difficult and may make you fall. Be careful and be safe.
