but poor sound quality
OK quality of video, but poor sound quality. Other BIG problem is it has whinning sound / noise continuously while operating until shuts off. it is very annoying... the seller said it is normal operating sound........what the hell........ I will exchange to similar one and will see how that works....

Dash cam works very well
The dash cam works very well, recording constantly as you drive, even giving you a live visual display. I have a 2GB micro SD card in it and it filled right up, but the camera will overwrite previous unwanted footage once it becomes full. Personally I found the camera to be very helpful as recently my son was involved in an accident, and was able to recover an audio from the cam. It seemed to store footage from after the impact in a permanent storage, however the video was completely black, I assume that somehow he had turned off the night-vision, and the accident was at night. Having said that, it was incredibly useful and satisfying to be able to listen to the audio from the night of the accident by simply plugging the SD card into my computer and playing the audio in any media player that can open AVI files. In addition, the camera itself is also very rugged. Having been thrown from the dash during the accident, it still works fine and doesn’t have a scratch on it. Overall a very good product. I did receive this at a discount price in exchange for my honest review. I honestly love it and highly recommend it to all!
