I honestly have only used the rub a few times, I purchased this to get the glove, I have severe nerve pain in my hand from a car accident and was desperate to find some kind of relief. I read that compression gloves would work too help relieve pain. So I ordered this and several other types. This one is by far my favorite. The compression in this one is concentrated and pulls in several directions, it isn't just a "tight glove". If you need a compression glove this one may be a bit more expensive, but it is well worth it.

A friend who also has some joint pain from arthritis recommended Theraworx to me. I, too, found it to be an effective treatment to relieve pain. Yes, I would recommend giving it a try.

Got this as a second one for my husband after success with the first one. He has arthritis and his hands were badly swollen and very painful. This product seemed to bring down the swelling and relieve most of his pain. The glove is a little too small and takes a bit of work to get it on or I would have given it 5 stars

Size a bit off. Too small.

I bought one at Rite Aid and wished it came with 2 gloves! I'm ordering another today.And at a cheaper price! I'm happy! It does work!
