does it work for bumps on neck?

I reviewed this on July 26, 2018, and found another product that worked better. This Tolnaftate is a cream, and a dry product worked better for me. However, when a dry scale builds up on my skin, this cream will soften the dry scale enough to make it better. I don't know what you have on your neck, but athletes foot can grow almost any place on my body. That is why I shower daily when I can.

Is this appropriate for toenail fungus?

Here is what I know...the toenail fungus is in the same family as athletics foot fungus so yes it may help...however, as the toenail fungus forms and lives under the nail I would suggest the it would be hard to apply..My reading led me to Tea Tree oil which is a liquid which I have been using for about 6 months with 80% reduction..note also the most articles say that the cure time is in months or years. Good Luck!
