No, but the hands glow in the dark

Q: Can the band on this watch be adjusted to a smaller size?

Yes, most definitely. I had to have mine adjusted as well, it was way too big, but only a Jeweler is able to remove the links. Most in my area (Fl.) only charge $15 to $20, and it only takes them a few minutes, & the give you the links back in case it would need to be resized again. The watch is beautiful, looks so much better in person as well. Hope this helps.

Q: Description says silver tone- is it made of all stainless steel or silver tone?

I hope it is stainless steel for durability, but it is shiny silver colored. Very nice looking.
