I dont recommend this product.
I've only had the keyboard for a little while, but some quick things I noticed:Pros:-The keyboard is small, and lightweight.-The keys seem pretty responsive, haven't had any issues.-Size is great for HTPC use.Cons:-Mouse pad on the right makes it awkward to type. It doesn't feel natural trying to hold it and type.-The touch pad is sketchy. I've had issues where it would move great sometimes, and other times the movement was off or not much at all.Overall I'd say I'm satisfied with the product given the extremely affordable price tag. It will do fine for my needs running a media PC which I don't have plans of typing anything over a sentence long or a simple web address, I would recommend it as a purchase, however I would look elsewhere if you want it to feel natural in your hands while typing. If it dies I wouldn't purchase again. But I'm keeping it until I have a need to find something else.Update:I've had the keyboard and have been using it for a couple of weeks now. I have dropped my rating down to three stars. I have been experiencing issues where the keys seem to stick and i get multiple characters when typing. This gets extremely annoying especially when trying to type a password. Another negative is that the mouse pad responsiveness is sub par it works but it's just really finicky. For instance I can use my thumb and get hardly any movement, but if I use my index finger I can pretty good movement. The sticky button or multiple letter issue is much more bigger deal though. Doesn't happen often but it does happen enough to be an annoyance. I may look to order an air mouse with keyboard so may go that route and keep this as a backup.Update 2.Left shoulder button no longer clicks. It will still work but you have to push hard. I'm looking for a different option.Update 3- Aerb customer service sent me a knew keyboard due to the issues I had. So far it's been working fine. Kudos to their customer service team taking care of their customers that have issues.

Worked terrible on one PC build (Z77/Win8.1), worked great on another (B75/Win10).
My opinion on this keyboard went from 1 star to 4 stars. I first tried this on a HTPC running Windows 8.1 and it was terrible. It would disconnect frequently. The touchpad wouldn't track. Key presses would repeat or not trigger. I put it in a drawer and figured maybe my son could use it with his tablet. I had to replace the motherboard and upgraded to Windows 10 at the same time. I tested the keyboard again and it's working great. It never drops connection, never repeats keys, and the touchpad is rock solid. I use it all the time. The only difference between systems was the motherboard (old=Z77, new=B75) and upgrading Win 8.1 to Windows 10, which means there may be driver issues in Win 8.1, or hardware compatibility or driver problems with the USB BT dongle I am using. There seems to be one USB-BT chip used by nearly all adapters out there, and it's been discontinued by the manufacturer for years. It could be the source of the problem. Unfortunately I never found a dongle with a different chip to test.

Two Big Flaws from 5 stars
Awful. Simply awful. Constantly loses Bluetooth signal, and always at the most inopportune times. On top of that, mine came with misplaced keys (see photo). Two Es? The S and D switched? Quality control is pretty poor to say the least. A shame because when it works, it's really nice, the keys are the right size, the overall unit is just the right size for your hands, everything is within easy reach, and the backlighting is just right. But the mismatched keys (which are not interchangeable) and the spotty signal make this an item to pass on. It will frustrate you to no end. Buy a real keyboard (Logitech makes a great one for only a few bucks more than this and it's even full size) and save yourself the hassle.

Wanted to love this one...
I really wanted to love this mini keyboard because of the size, look, back-lit keyboard, etc. but I just couldn't. Believe me I tried. While it functioned well and the key presses were nice and crisp and it did not miss or add many characters when typing it was just awkward to use. The main reason for this was the touch pad being on the right and shifting the keypad to the left. Holding it in two hands to type (using it a Ouya box for trying in XBMC) I was always kind of stretching with my right hand to hit keys and felt cramped hitting some of the far left keys with my left hand.Overall OK and maybe a little different for people with bigger hands (mine are average sized for a guy) but for me it just didn't feel good typing on it for more than anything that short bits.I ended up returning this one and getting the older Hausbell Mini H7 (similar if not the same as some of the Rii and iPazzPort mini keyboards) and keeping it even though there were a few things about this one I liked better. It's a 2.5 out of 5 for me.PROS:Nice crisp key pressesBack-lit keyboardDecent battery lifeNice size and feel HOLDING itCONS:Offset keyboard felt awkward to useFelt a little light and cheap but I think it would have held up

Very Good Mini Bluetooth Keyboard and Touchpad for Multiple Operating Systems
Item exactly as ordered in new condition. Topped off the charge. Played around with it for a while. It is 100% compatible with the three different Android Media Players I tested it on. It really does a much better job navigating around the device as opposed to a remote control. It has a very small footprint, about the size of some remotes. Paired instantly. Range is excellent. The only shortcoming with all these remotes is the absence of a menu key or key combination to bring up the context menu in Android. The right mouse button on every bluetooth or wireless keyboard I've owned does not bring up the context menu when the right button on a mouse will. Hopefully, someone, someday will map that function accordingly. This remote can be reconfigured for other operating systems by entering a key combination.
