Plastic surface protection took some getting off, there for a reason of course!Easy to install after.

This item had to be returned because there was a leak when connected. The package arrived without any bubble wrap, just in a box.

What do I need to say? It arrived in its box and took only five minutes to connect up. Twenty minutes later, I was enjoying a nice cup of coffee. This is a major upgrade from our old Lincat EB4 because this one has a seven-day on/off timer and also Eco Mode which dramatically reduces power consumption. It should speak volumes that when we needed to replace our old (10-15 year) unit which had been on every day, I only bothered to look at the Lincat range.

We have a need for a continuous supply of boiling water. This fits the bill.Our first malfunctioned however Amazon swiftly sent a replacement and arranged to take the broken one away.

It works well and looks good

Faulty only had 8 months

Had them before good reliable machine use ours daily lasts about 2 years

Damage not as described. Supposedly only cardboard box damaged, but boiler would not fill with water, solenoid not receiving power, new power board has to be purchased to fix. £120 out of pocket now
