Got my UV sanitizer back working. Good price working just as expected. Put it on a wood board and also used single outlet surge protector.

I bought a Lifegard Aquatics 25 watt pro max UV sterilizer about a year ago and it came with a bad ballast right out of the box, the second one lasted lasted just under a year. I was very hesitant to spend the 70 bucks for a third ballast, so I bought this one instead. It works like a charm so far. I will update this review if that changes in any way.

wasted my hard earned dollars.even through I am a prime member they still charged me $4.24 return fee .For a dam item that was not used.

I ordered 2 of these. The first one failed after 3 charges and the second one failed after only 2 charges. Junk /Yonke!!!

The design of this ballast changed. The previous design lasted more than 6 months; not great. But this new design I installed on January 14 2026, and today (Mar 14, 2026) I find it hanging by the wires after blowing its case apart. Both LEDs are dark, the capacitors are swollen and it smells like burnt electronics. It lasted 2 months before self destructing. Come on, RONAQUA! This is ridiculous.

I did a lot of shopping for a replacement power supply for my HVAC UV lightbulb. This did the job.
