These snack bars are delicious and a half of one is enough.

The other reviews for these bars are mostly accurate. There is an aftertaste, but I got used to it and overall I like these bars. To the people who complain about the price… anything cheaper has garbage ingredients (ie tons of soy), that’s why they’re cheaper. So I have no problem with the bars themselves. Amazon’s fulfillment on these bars is terrible though. They insist on shipping them in the flimsy mailers instead of boxes. In EVERY shipment (EIGHT!!!) at least one box, sometimes two, has been smashed and the bars smashed or broken too. If the company sold the bars on their website I’d buy them there, but they don’t (why is that anyway) so I’m stuck with smashed bars. TL:DR the bars are good enough that I keep buying them two boxes at a time even though the boxes get smashed.

I love hazelnuts so gave this so called KETO friendly bars a try. First it has not only quite a bit sugar added but 3 - 4 times the carbs of other diet bars. The worse is the taste. It is super dry and seems to become like sawdust in your mouth - not a hint of nuts to detect. I gave some to a friend who also does Keto and her face spoke volumes. I do not recommend these bars.
