After 7 days (20 mins/day), this 35% carbamide peroxide gel visibly lightened my coffee stains by ~2 shades. The LED mouth tray activated quickly but felt bulky during use. Gel consistency was ideal—no dripping—though the chemical aftertaste lingered. Sensitivity spiked by day 3; I mitigated it with desensitizing toothpaste. Each 5ml syringe covered 2 sessions. I rated a 3 only because IF you happened to get a bit more of the whitening solution on the tray that inserts into your mouth almost like a mouth guard and it gets onto your gums it will and I repeat will give you sores in the same exact spot on both sides of your upper and/or lower gums. Almost like canker sores. It's easy to use and I did see results fairly quickly but I didn't realize it would cause sores that are painful. I do NOT have any type of gum disease/gingivitis either. This product would most definitely not be a product to use if you do. It does say that on the box of instructions as well. Do NOT use if gum problems, broken or lose teeth, teeth where a filling or root canal may have fallen out. Otherwise the product is fine. Just make sure to use less than more of the whitening solution and you should be fine. Do not overload the tray. Which I did not do and perhaps do it for less than 20 minutes one time a week for a few weeks. Do NOT do it more often than 1x a week and no more than 25 min max. I'd go less than 20 starting out. Especially because your gums and teeth are not familiar to this solution and teeth are very sensitive to changes like this. Good luck!! Keep showing those pearly whites!!

I want to start by saying I liked the packaging of the product being it came in a reusable zip lock foil pack. Everything was in the ziplock container including directions. You have to actually read the directions. You do have to remove a small plastic circle under the second battery in the light unit so that it has proper contact in order to function. I was impressed they sent along five teeth whitening gel syringes, and the desensitizing gel. The TPE mouth tray is comfortable and flexible. I was impressed that no adjustments needed on the flexible mouth tray. You will want to give the treatments a full week in between, as the peroxide could leave your gums feeling tingly. I rinsed with warm water and all was fine. The directions were adequate, but a few misspellings were in the pamphlet. Be careful not to over load the mouth tray. I have a small jaw frame so I didn’t need to put in any more than half of a syringe of whitener on each treatment. The product met my expectations and I will be purchasing it again.

Great to use!! I had for 2 days and I’m assuming a little water got on the blue light and the battery acid was everywhere the next day. The light is extremely cheaply made but besides that this product is amazing!! I recommend! Just no water on blue light!

Easy to use! I have been looking for something to help whiten my teeth from all the tea I drink. After 3 uses I can tell a difference. The kit comes with syringes filled with the gel which makes applying it that much easier. It also includes a sensitivity gel to apply after the whitening gel. The mouth guard is one of the best I’ve seen and used. It’s is completely transparent and very soft. It also has a cut out where you insert the blue light for hands free use which is very convenient! It says to use 20-45 minutes. I have done 3 sessions over 3 days for 25 minutes each and can see a difference. I used the sensitivity gel on the last session as my teeth started hurting close to the 20 minute mark and it helped cool them off. Definitely worth the money to try verses a few hundred dollars at the dentist for the same thing. This is much better than the whitening stripes because after a few minutes they slide off.

This set is just too cheap. The instructions that come with the set are for a different kit, so they dont help at all. The mouth pieces are supposed to be cut/trimmed down but the instructions do not tell you how. It looks like they knocked off another kit and gave a generic cheap mouth piece in hopes you wont notice. It doesnt keep any of the gel inside the mouth piece, which in turn just BURNS your gums. I got a blister on the top of my mouth after using it. I even tried using less gel but still, without cutting the mouth piece and trimming it properly (without instructions on how to do so) the gel just squishes out everywhere. I was too afraid to trim/cut the mouth piece without instructions and then not be able to return it. I returned and got a refund.
