I never write reviews but this thing deserved some praise. I recently started working from home (due to COVID-19) and my old desk chair just didn't have the right comfort for sitting in 40 hours a week. This chair arrived early, and was super easy to put together. When I got it built up I sat in it and didn't get up for 4 hours. It has cushions on the armrests and a retracting footrest. The lumbar support is more subtle than other gaming chairs so I actually forget it's there instead of constantly being aware of it. The "leather" material has a nice quality, too- it doesn't have that annoying squeaky sound that cheap faux leather has. I'll come back in a few months to give an update but as of now I'll say it's a 10 out of 10! If you're looking for a perfect balance of sturdy and comfortable, look no further!Edit: (9/25/2020) I've had the chair for about 5 months now. Here's the Pros and Cons after owning it for a while:PROS: The chair is still just as comfortable as when I first got it. I stopped using the lumbar support cushion because this thing has a HUGE cushioned bucket seat and I wanted to take advantage of the space it allows.CONS:It's super cool that this thing has a retractable footrest, but to be honest I don't use it much because it seems like it may bend or break over time. It's not that it's flimsy or cheap, it's just not as ruggedly built as the rest of the chair. I'm a big guy and I know my legs are pretty heavy. Also, the cushions on the armrest are still holding up well, but beware that if you tend to be in the same position they will become indented. The armrest on my left has a permanent dent from where I always rest my elbow. I personally like that, but I realize some people may not. Those would be my only critiques and in my opinion it's not enough to take down my original 5 star rating... Would still recommend!I'll come back next year to give an update!

Holy cow they have the best customer service!!!! The chair is amazingly comfortable and the only thing I noticed was the hardware for the armrests were stripped and I asked them if they could send me some new hardware just a couple of bolts and the person I contacted got back to me in like ten minutes and gave me some advice and then sent me another email saying that there customer's were very important to them and that they would send me a new chair! And wouldn't you know it a few days later the new chair arrived!!! In all my years shopping on Amazon I have never experienced a seller that was that dedicated to customer service! Bravo LUCKWIND! You have a customer for life!!! And I will definitely let people know how nice hour Gaming chair are and the super stellar customer service that I've experienced!! Thank you very much!!!

Overall, very comfortable chair and very sturdy. The plastic pieces for this thing are thick and strong. The chair itself is nice, wide, and comfy. I would recommend to a friend. Took about 30 minutes total to put it together from the time I opened the box to me sitting in it. Everything is included, even the two allen wrenches needed to put everything together. All you'll really need is a box cutter, to open the box and to open up the bolts that come in a card board container, with a clear plastic piece over the front. The instructions were on one page and very easy to understand. All in all, good chair. Glad I bought it.

After countless hours trying to select one of the many more gaming chairs offered in Amazon I picked one of these in yellow & black and I'm very happy with my final decision. It looks much better in front of you that on pictures. The assembly guide couldn't be easier to follow and makes the build very easy since everything you needs comes in the box. The chair is kind of big for my built (5' 7", 185lbs) but I prefer it that way. You'll never feel cramped like some other designs that are meant to wrap around you like some sport car chairs do. It's a firm not soft cushioning that supports your head, back, your behind and arms. Again, I prefer it that way. The chair definitely feels like is going to last long after the great 2-yr warranty expires. I have to thank LUCKWIND for a product well-built.

I tried a cheaper chair from eBay and it fell apart within a few months. I was on the hunt for a new chair on Amazon and this popped up. It was easy to put together and has some features you have to pay more for from another manufacturer AND this is Prime eligible. The padded armrests are comfortable and recline with the chair. The leg/foot rest is comfortable and has a captive mount. Height adjustment is good, along with the reclining and the lumbar and head cushion have just the right amount of give. This is a really solidly built chair. It's also pretty easy to put together and comes with additional hardware just in case. Overall, I'm really impressed and happy with my purchase.

Very comfortable and great quality. Setup was easy but pieces were a little heavy. I can get proper neck and lower back support when I sit straight and when reclining. I suppose the leg rest would be perfect for people 5’6 and under. For those taller, it would be a little difficult. But in general recommend.

Huh I wanted to motivate my son for the home online classes recently the I bought this chair..,I was easy 30 mns setup! We love live the comfort of this chair!I definitely want one for myself I like to sit in and call my son can you come and open the foot rest for me! Update: I got in contact with thr company after a defect in the chair caused it to have some issues. They were wonderful in getting me a replacement. Great customer service for sure!Let me start by saying that I'm comparing this chair to my old $35 desk chair. The assembly was pretty easy and all the parts were accounted for. My only complaint is that I wish the footreat would extend further or be a bit more solid. Everything else about the chair is good though. it's comfortable and I like that it can be adjusted to just about any position.

The chair came in before the expected date, it is as described. It was easy to put together. It has a massage feature but I tried it once and dont like it. It has a leg rest, that I thought was neat when I read about it, but have tried it out and will probably end up taking it off as I wont be using it and it is in the way of regular chair use. It is a very comfortable chair to sit in, the back support is excellent, I like the how high the back of the chair is. I also like that it has padded arm rests. Overall It is a pretty good chair.

I purchased this chair with most of the reviews being good without any big problems.Upon receiving the chair and putting it together I found that a lot of the stitching was extremely poorly done(loose stitching, foam sticking out of areas and in one part of the backrest looks like it was stitched together and then all the stitching was removed leaving a bunch of holes). Putting it together was a bit of a hassle as some of the holes didn't line up and screws they said you needed to use in the arm rests were incorrect and needed different screws to work.When all is said and done, the chair is semi comfy but I will be returning it as this is the worst craftsmanship i've seen on a product I've bought WITH no customer service.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ARE FINE WITH BAD CRAFTSMANSHIP.

I love how it looks. The arm wrest not sturdy with the Cushion, and they are becoming disfigured by just resting my arms on them - so you probably should avoid it. The comfort is good but I found those costco chairs to be more comfortable to sit in for a similar price point. Overall happy, it looks so cool, fairly easy to assemble.

I have no complaints so far. This appears to be a great chair for the money. The "massage" feature just lightly vibrates. It is a nice bonus at no extra cost but is nothing noteworthy. The chair is sturdy, comfortable and can be a recliner with a foot rest when needed. What more could you want !? I will report back if I come across any issues down the road.

The chair is a good size, is pretty comfortable and I love the pull-out foot rest. The massager is a bonus but it just vibrates, the cushion adds extra lower back support. I find the seat a bit stiff, might be better once it’s worked in but I’ve had it a few weeks. I use this chair for work so overall it’s good extended sitting.
