Great Deal
I was building a E bike from an old Trek I had in the garage. Wound up purchasing this battery partly on price and partly on research. The battery arrived in good shape charged right up and performs flawlessly. I have been able to travel all around my neighborhood. To date I have 15 miles on the battery and still on full charge. This using battery power only.

solid purchase, worth the cost
Just installed this last night, have done one test (joy lol) ride and one commute. (will add photos soon)Shipping: took a while, around 14 days, seemed to come from China. Fed Ex tracking showed progress once it hit the US. Unit arrived well packed and three quarter charged.Install: had to install higher than water bottle cage mounts on my 18" steel frame. Drilled two pilot holes and used two self tapping screws for the upper two mount slots. Removed lower plastic cover to gain access to a hidden third mounting slot, using lower water bottle cage mount threaded hole- thusly having three anchor points instead of just two. Solidly mounted even though I forgot the rubber frame spacers underneath oopsie lol (adding them tonite).Unit came with Anderson Powerpoles preinstalled, pigtails for controller side provided. No surprises, but charges in "off" position (unlike what the manual says). Runs the Violamart 1500w rear hub motor effortlessly! Didn't even show one green dot discharged on my 7 mile 40mph (yikes!) commute to work this morning! I pretty much just built a kickass 40+mph electric light motorcycle for under $600! Plan on transferring it all over to a full suspension in the future. For the competitive price, this unit and vendor I can recommend.EDIT- (photos, update after a weeks commuting and a few joyrides): photos 1 and 2: my free donor Iron Horse is now an ugly scary fast crotch rocket lol! Seriously, the Violamart 1500w rear hub motor and this batt pushes this heap to over 40mph on the flats! A suspension fork and brake upgrades are needed and next! Photo 3 shows the battery mounting detail. You can see the two added (included) rubber spacers and the bottom water bottle cage mounting hole utilized. Photo 4 shows the Anderson Powerpoles that came with the battery. I also have an XT-90 antispark connector, but it's really not necessary...I only burn one LED worth of power on my 14 mile daily commute and can charge at night at home with batt remaining mounted. First three miles are highway shoulder at almost full throttle, 35mph steady, 1000' feet elevation loss, then mixed town street and our local "greenway" bikepath with not many hills. Reverse going back. I have noticed some voltage sag when I took it out after my commute, mashing full throttle on a local roller coaster road fun ride...but that's to be expected- the 1500w motor is hungry, the battery's only rated up to 1000 watts. I really should connect the limiter wire, dumbing the motor down to a tame "road legal" 750 watts...but I love the speedrush lol.DISCLAIMER: I've been a professional bike mechanic for many years, have downhill racing experience, and have built many bikes and am comfortable at high speeds. Also other forms of life at high speed: a few motorcycles, electric longboard fanatic, surfing, snowboarding, even flying. I fully tuned this lowly Iron Horse for this but don't advise this mod without a suspension fork and disc brakes, or Shimano V-brakes at the very least!

Good capacity and discharge rate
Got this as a backup battery for my GeoOrbital wheel and I can safely assert that this battery is my preferred battery for riding single battery range trips due to it's better quality. it even comes with it's own connectors making the modification job that much easier. Additionally, I just recently found out that the site where I have been locking my bike every morning gets hit with some sprinklers for about 20 minutes each day. Luckily there was no negative impact to function so I can give it points for that. Rain wise, I've only let the mounting base get hit since I wasn't confident enough to risk the whole system, still works fine though.

Does not come with a connectors
First of all the battery works great and is what I was looking for in terms of price and amp hours. I dropped it one star only bc it didn’t come with an XT connector which I purchased separate for $5 (had to solder for the first time ever, so I had to purchase the solder tool for $20) and The battery arrived late and might have been even later if I hadn’t seen it move for 2 days from the tracking option on amazon. I had to email them and they sent it out after about a day later. This is important bc if you buy a e-bike conversion kit you only have 30 days to return it and since the battery was late I installed the whole system ~ 2.5 weeks into receiving the kit. Unfortunately I did have issues with the kit and had to return it and luckily I’m still within my return window. I’m just cautioning individuals to try and make both packages arrive at the same time to install the items and test well still in the return window.

Black to black red to red and resync
Battery mounted to existing holes in frame. Just had to rewire the new wire inside the junction box Cut the ends and wire nuted back together. After I had power and turned on held down positive and negative buttons on handle bar controls for a minute to resync everything

Ride time?
Fully charged & run till only one bar left, twice! Only get 25 miles before I'm past 1/2 way empty. Not even at full throttle!
