I love this lip balm. If your lips are really chapped, you will feel the sting, but give it a few minutes and it softens. Will clear up chapped lips over night.

My favorite & only chap stick that works

The past 2 orders seems perhaps melted & re-solidified - chap stick loose on turner, turner gets stuck & chapstick sinks down into container. Idk the solution.
