Easy to assemble if read the directions! I bought the XL my husband wears an 11 in shoes and they were perfect. Only thing that didn’t fit were his timberland boots they were too tall. All other boots, tennis shoes, basketball shoes, dress shoes, high top chuck/vans fit fine.
