Sonicare HX8911/02 HealthyWhite+ Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, White

I really needed to upgrade my crappy Oral B electric toothbrush which made it impossible to find refills for the model that I had. It was only 4 years old and as the years passed, I noticed how difficult it was to find refills. As a consumer, it really annoyed me that Oral B releases a toothbrush model and not supplying the necessary refills for it. I had no choice but to buy a brand new electric toothbrush. This time, I did careful research on which brand/model to buy. I wasn't about to make the same mistake again! No more Oral B! I remember when I lived in Europe I had bought a Philips which worked very well and was well made. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to bring it back with me as it had a European output. After a lot of research, reading reviews and price comparisons, I ended up getting this Philips Sonicare HealthyWhite and I'm happy I did. From the first day using it I noticed a difference in cleaning power and how white my teeth were getting after every use. You can tell it's a well-made component just by the craftsmanship. I absolutely love brushing my teeth with this toothbrush and it's nice that it has 3-speed settings, 2 modes - clean and white, and 30 sec indicator. What I love about this model and Philips in general, is you can use other brush heads from them and not being stuck with only one type of brush head that fits.....referring to you Oral B! I did notice that the brush head is loud but it's nothing major to me. Also, I didn't notice any rattling coming from the brush head as other reviewers had. It comes with one DiamondClean brush head. Two brush heads would have been nice. It also came with a handy travel case. The charging base is compact making it a space saver on your bathroom counter. Thus far, I'm happy with the difference in my teeth using the Philips Sonicare. I will admit the price tag is a little steep but I think I made a great purchase and well worth it! The electric toothbrush review I bought the toothbrush several days ago. It's a good product and my friend recommended it to me. From my point of view, I think the ideal user is the people who has some dental problem or the people who take care of their teeth. I think the electric toothbrush is good because of two reasons. The first reason is the result for using the toothbrush is really good. Compare to the old manual brush, the electric one has many advantages. Take an example of my own electric toothbrush, the brush has two different modes. They are clean and white. You can choose how to make your teeth better. For me, I always choose the clean mode first an then choose the white mode. You can also choose the type about how heavy you want to brush your teeth by pressing the "+" and "-" button. I think it's a really good option because of the usability. When you brush your teeth, you may face problem like how heavy you want to brush your teeth. If you brush it too heavy, it may hurt your teeth. If you brush it lightly, you can not clean your teeth. The option figures the problem out perfectly by setting the three different of types of "heavy". You can choose the type by your own perspectives. The second reason I like the toothbrush is the brush is easy to take care of. When the old toothbrush is broken, you can just throw them away. But that one is different. You just need to replace the toothbrush heads or to charge the battery when the brush doesn't work. Although the toothbrush may also has some disadvantages like the toothbrush is nearly 100 dollars. I still think it is a good product.

My dentist recommended I buy something that would last. I looked at a few models but decided this one was good for the price, plus, it came with a travel case (a key feature for future use). The brush came set to go; no charging needed. Also, it's nice that dry toothpaste gunk doesn't pool around the base or around the brush head like it did on my Oral B version which I had previously and had spent perhaps $30-40 on it. The Sonicare is terrific! I like it a lot, though I had to get used to the fast brush speed, but there is an adjustment for that as well (green button with -/+). My teeth feel extremely clean. When it does need recharging, there was no warning like on my Oral B. The Sonicare just stopped and the light blinking was the indicator that I needed to charge it. I'm sure there are other lights that tell me when it is close to needing to be recharged. Charged it while at work and I haven't charged it since (it's been about 2 weeks). Good value and good quality for the money.
