This product is excellent i got it on time like they say and in order no damages I'm a happy customer and will purchase again and will recommend this product to family and friends

Works great and a lot cheaper than buying it from a professional window cleaning store
These are great to use for helping improve the purity of water. It essentially helps purify the water down to 90 or 95% purity which is fantastic and it lasts you forever. We’ve only bought it this year so we don’t know how long it last but if you take good care of it, it should last a good five maybe seven years.

Poor instructions, horrible customer service.
1 start because I can't give anything less. I ordered the MaxWater BW4040 element and the housing. There are no assembly instructions in clouded only a 3x5 card illustrating the water flow. Once I assembled it in the housing and installed it in my system the filter back pressured my plumbing and blew apart one section of pvc and blew my PRV. I have spent 4 days trying to get information out of MaxWater and they refuse to speak with me saying they only deal with tech support through email. So far they only provide short snippets of info and refer me to their FAQ page which doesn't even deal with the 4040. Very unreliable company, terrible customer service. It's no wonder Canada's economy is in the toilet.

Real world scenario
So far each one is putting out only 1600gpd. Pressure is 215psi Temp 64F But… with the type of water the units are taking 1400ppm down to 27ppm. Really good quality of water output. So if you are planning on installing an RO System just be aware of the output. To get 27 it’s a 1:1 ratio and not a lot of produced RO water. I would like to try another brand but I’m afraid it will yield the same results.

Garbage membrane
Installed this membrane and right out of the package it would not produce any permeate. Membrane was installed as per RO systems instructions. Spoke to systems manufacturer and was told membrane was defective. Emailed RO membrane distributor and they were very quick to point fingers as to it not been the membrane. The water this membrane is allowing through is still full of iron and very hard. Would not recommend this product or the distributor as they don’t stand behind there product

Lasted Less Than 30 Days
We used this as replacement membrane in on whole house RO system and it failed in less than a month. Previous membranes have lasted a year or more. Support tried to blame our system until we sent them our setup and then they said there is no warranty because of a "high likelihood of factory failure"
