I love Neutragena products and this lip plumping product is great. Has great moisture, stays on forever, and my lips are smooth and so soft. It does actually plump them a little but I love it for how it makes my lips feel and nourished.

I’ve loved this product for 3 years now use to get it at Walmart. But a few months ago I was sad to see when it was no longer on the shelf. Almost forgot about it til recently seen it on Amazon didn’t even read the description or reviews just hit ‘Buy Now’! And not only did I get my fave. Lip Serum but i had gotten 2 that came in it! Didn’t even know about the extra one but I ain’t complaining !

I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now. I’ve tried small amounts and large amounts with no results. It has a slight tingle for about five minutes and then my lips just feel sticky. I haven’t noticed any plumping at all, zero. Chapstick works better than this because after it dries and is sticky it dries my lips out so I have to use something else anyway. If you are looking for a plumper, gloss, or line reducer I would not recommend this product.

I really enjoyed this moisturizer - really actually moisturized my lips while giving a hint of that tingling plump effect. However, you have to twist the upper part of the tube to "close" the seal. I forgot, put it in my back pocket, and went on with my day. I'm sure I sat on it several times. The moisturizer got pushed out entirely and filled the inside of the cap. It didn't leak or anything, but the product was ruined. If you don't put moisturizer in your pocket or anywhere you could accidentally apply pressure, go for this moisturizer.

I wouldn't call this as much a lip plumper as a lip revitalizer. I've been using it for years, and it keeps fine lines at bay. It goes on smoothly and dries quickly and clearly. Plus, the little metal rollers give ya a tiny lip massage (how neat is that?). I get months of once-nightly use out of one tube, so the price seems fair. You don't have to slather it on to get its benefits. I don't get much (if any) hint of taste, or at least I haven't experienced a bad taste.

I try to never let my lips get chapped in the first place, but when they do, this product does not help at all. It doesn't do anything that I can tell. There are many other far more affordable products that do work, but this isn't one of them. Also, it's really hard to get the cream out of the tube. Not recommended.

This lip serum is nice after a lip scrub is used and then you can use lip liner and lip gloss/plumper over it. It makes lips look plump and hydrated when you do all these steps together.

Ce sérum est agréable à appliquer et laisse les lèvres douces et bien hydratées. La texture est légère et ne colle pas, ce qui le rend confortable à porter. Hydrate bien les lèvres. Effet repulpant naturel. Application facile et agréable. Un bon produit pour nourrir les lèvres au quotidien !
