Save your money. Longvadon is great at marketing, taking fancy pictures, and packaging their band. I’ve been looking at this band online for about a month now. I finally decided to get it. I did a test. This band, which cost me $83, is junk. Let me explain...I ordered a replica watch off of Wish. Guess what? The band on the replica watch...the same as the longvadon strap. Minus the butterfly clasp. The exact same down to leather feel, thickness near the watch, and thins out down the strap. Same dimensions and all. The replica watch, an entire watch, that cost me $23 on Wish.There’s also another leather strap here on amazon WITH a butterfly clasp that is the same as the longvadon strap. It only sells for $12.99.Buy one, and you’ll see. Even down to the cheap keepers (the little straps at the end of the band to tuck the excess strap into). There’s nothing here that separates longvadon from any other strap. If you want this strap, save yourself $70 and order the one for $13 from amazon.

To say I'm beyond pleased with this Longvadon Leather Band - Caiman Series, Mediterranean Blue with Silver Details, is an understatement. They said this band is made of high quality cow hide, embossed to look like Aligator/Croco and you can feel and see the quality. This band should last a long time, unlike those other cheap leather bands you can buy for much less but won't last long at best. I own some really expensive bands, but I'd put this up against any of them. The color is exactly as advertised and is really stunning, in my humble option. The Deployant buckle is perfect and finished to the highest polishing standards.As is the case with a new leather band it's a bit stiff out of the box. But that's normal and to be expected. It will loosen up with some wear like all good leather bands do. Otherwise, it's very comfortable and turns my Apple Watch into something fun, dressy, elegant and different from what you see on other people's wrists.The box it comes in is really nice and makes for a high quality presentation. I am really happy I put my trust in Longvadon and I highly recommend you do as well!I'm updating this review. I loved the Mediterranean Blue so much, I wound up adding the Whiskey Brown to my collection. It's just as great as the first one and I suspect, I'll likely get a 3rd one in the not too distant future. I've also added some additional pictures.

As a retired Judge, cognizant of unwarranted praise, I rarely review. I am making an exception for Longvadon Apple Watch Bands. A small digression. "It is rarely the problem that is the issue. It is what is done about it." I am one who had a defective band and also a previous edition that needed improvement. Customer Care specialist Wena is incredibly prompt to respond, courteous, and delightful. She will take of any issue to the customers satisfaction. The bands? Now the best value available. They replicate the actual Cartiers (I've had them) with a tad of difference. The price! Incredibly comfortable and elegant. I cannot imagine anyone not wanting 2!

The butterfly clasp design with the outside flap is great for large wrists. Those with smaller wrists will likely find this nearly impossible to adjust to fit, and have it function as required. Also the fit is in fixed positions due to notches in the band, rather than an infinite slide adjust. The hole are significantly wider spaced than the plastic apple band, so your fit may be more difficult to adjust.

I bought a Longvadon Navy Blue Apple Watch band a few months ago from their website. I'm now spoiled by a leather watch band that does not need to be buckled like my old leather bands. The black metal details and clasp are amazing. You hook it up to the hole that fits your arm best and from then on, you put it on like a metal link watch band. I no longer have to worry about the crease that shows up in my leather bands from buckling them every day. It is made from quality materials and looks great on my wrist.When I saw that Amazon was carrying them, I decided to pick up the black leather band with white threading and black metal clasp. It goes great with my Space Black Apple watch. It has the same shiny black surface as my watch. I'm going to pick up a brown Longvadon band next. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a stylish leather band for their Apple Watch.

I am a longtime watch geek, and have had both cheap and expensive watches from Armitron to Seiko to Rolex to Omega. I have had a variety of bands over the years, from plastic to rubber to stainless to gold to silicone and leather and beyond. I have found that the comfort and quality of your band can become a big part of the watch experience, and that brought me to Longvadon, after being disappointed with multiple aftermarket bands for the Apple Watches I have owned (this is my third). The Apple branded bands are uniformly excellent but too damn expensive for the quality that I would like. The comparable leather band for my watch is hundreds of dollars! So I was happy to find a band that is all leather and stainless, with a butterfly clasp, for under $100! The leather working is excellent as is the stitching, and the hardware is a perfect match to the Applewatch 4 rose gold. The band is wide without being overly so, and I am happy with the design and the faux caiman design (embossing).Now what could be improved, and it is minor: the band comes in a beautiful presentation case with a very good manual and catalog, but the band is delivered flat, missing an opportunity for pre-shaping the band. As a result the band is very stiff for the first couple of days until it starts to break in.The only other issue is the limited availability of the XL bands, in that the rose gold clasps are not available for the XL bands. I have a larger frame and would benefit from the longer band, but it was not meant to be! Oh well, maybe the next color will be an XL! As an added note, I am a prime member and received the band in less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order. That’s just cool....

Display box arrived damaged. Unsure whether item was sent like this or damage occurred in shipping. The clasp element of the strap rattles whilst wearing, which is disappointing given the cost of the item.
