Don't panic! I'm going to teach you a very secret technique of the toy collecting hobby. That can permanently fix your zebra's legs. Without any glue, damage to toy, or any trips your home depot. Ok any vinyl or pvc plastics can be straightened or permanently moved into a new position easily. By heating the plastic with a hair dryer. This does not melt the plastic.melting plastic is VERY dangerous. I will go into that later in this review Here's your zebras problem. . his right rear leg is too long. And his legs are too close together Here's how to fix him Ok get your hair dryer on high heat setting. Hold your hair dryer. Very close to the base of his leg on the inner thigh. Where it joins his body. Hold your hair dryer there for about 30 seconds. Don't overdo it. This won't melt toy. Just make toy soft and heat it up Remove the hair dryer. TURN OFF HAIR DRYER Immediately take your zebra and pull his legs apart from each other. pull them Farther apart then desired position.. While still holding legs. immediately run your zebra under cold water. Time is of the essence! Run under the water untill the plastic cools and hardens. Do this for each of his legs. I had to repeat these steps for the results I wanted. Took less than ten minutes. Now I have a zebra that stands well And I'll be able to enjoy him for a lifetime. Hope this helps you. This technique works only for soft plastics. Not for rubber or hard plastics And is best for arms, legs, and little accessories like swords and guns. also crucial to tell you.if you research this most people suggest boiling water for this technique. This is VERY dangerous. This will melt or otherwise destroy your toy. And, the melting of the plastic produces fumes that are dangerous. NEVER melt a toy. Also from a toy collecting view point. Vinyl toys are not cheap. In fact they are highly sought after. They are easy to clean. And have unmatched durability. These toys are not low quality. They do not have the detail you find in a schleich or papo animal replicas. But, does you preschooler care about detail. They probably just want to have fun

These animals are solid and perfectly sized for little hands. My almost two-year-old grandson loves lining them up to make an animal parade. They are easy to clean and store.

On the whole, this is a fine set of animals. They are sturdy, well-colored, and they are MUCH larger than other sets we've purchased. And actually these are more fun for a toddler to play with. They include a monkey, penguin, polar bear, hippo and a very defective zebra. The zebra does not stand up on its own and keeps falling over because the front legs are flawed. You will find yourself having to fool with tape and matchsticks or something to repair this defect. Because of this, you should consider that this set contains 4 animals, not 5. It also means 4 stars, not 5.

These are excellent animals and my grandson loves them. I was a little disappointed though. I had purchased the Jumbo Jungle Animals and Jumbo Dinosaurs by this same company and expected these to be of the same type and quality. They are made of different material and in my opinion are not as high in quality as the others that I purchased in April. The Jungle animals and dinosaurs were a hard plastic and were solid. The Zoo animals are a soft plastic and hollow. While my grandson loves them all, I feel the Jungle Animals were more durable and realistic looking. It won't stop me from buying other sets by Learning Resources as these are the best animal sets around for the price. The animals are larger than I have found in other sets and they are very realistic in appearance. People just need to be aware that these are not the same "museum" quality as the other sets. As far as play value goes, according to my son, there is not a day goes by that my two-year-old grandson does not play with his animals. He even lines them all up when he watches TV so they can watch with him.

The Jumbo Zoo Animals was a set that I bought because they were on sale at the time. My kids (5, 3, and 1) all love the animals and play with them in different ways. My 5 year-old loves to use blocks or legos to build a zoo like structure for the animals. My 3 year-old likes to play zoo and also matches them up to books we have about the different animals. My one-year-old loves to put them into his mouth. It is nice that I don't have to worry about any small pieces coming off. There are well made, a great weight, and painted to look pretty realistic. Much better than other play animals I have see in the stores. I will definitely be looking to add to our collection.

These are really super cool good quality, but they're not worth $40 purchase price. Also, once you get one then the kids want the whole set so you're getting stabbed in the gut for $40 every time you buy one of these stupid sets. I wish we had never bought them

We purchased these after my son played with a similar set by the same company at a local children’s museum. They are great quality and appear to be very well made. They are larger so don’t easily fit in the hands of small children such as those made by Schleich or Safari Ltd but appealed to us because they are larger. Now to collect all the sets!

Dopo aver acquistato il box di animali della giungla abbiamo deciso di allargare la collezioni con questi e come previsto la qualità degli animali dello zoo è molto soddisafacente! Sono grandi (davvero grandi rispetto alle aspettative, come da descrizione) e la plastica non ha cattivo odore, sono sicuri e maneggevoli. Ai bambini stanno piacendo molto!
