Very great for keto eating as I do, very low carb count. It stays firm when cooked, not mushy. Very easy and fast to prepare, tastes good. It is a different flavor, very similar to artichoke hearts. So if you like them this is similar and is also good with butter, or a pasta sauce. The flavor does not interfere with other flavors. It makes 2 servings if eating as a meal. Could stretch further if a side dish. If you like spaghetti squash this is also worth a try for you, although more expensive, it is shelf stable and good to have on hand. I like the angel hair version more than the spaghetti version although both are good, the smaller strands are a bit more tender. Both are a good purchase though and the spaghetti style comes in a 3 pack so that saves you a little. I do recommend this if you are ok with the price, it allows you to have a version of pasta!

Made a beautiful béchamel, white cheddar cream, butter sauce, keto with almond flour. It was delicious, fresh nutmeg, etc. the product itself these noodles take taste very much like spaghetti squash for the price why bother will not be purchasing these again.

Love it one but the best hearts of palm product ever.

This “pasta” is made from Hearts of Palm. Ultimately, it really doesn’t have much flavor - so it don’t alter the taste of yer sauce. So you can enjoy a “spaghetti” dinner once again - without having to ingest a plate full of carbs that will lead to the diabeetus…! :^( The only drawback is the texture. The noodles are a bit more on the chewier side. Works well with any sauce you’d use, but had more of a Ramen type consistency. It takes some getting used to - but worth it to avoid the slow death that carb-laden foods lead to. :^ o They have other products, like “mashed potatoes” - so it’s at least worth a try. You def won’t loathe it.

I did see reviews it was chewy but was not expecting it to be too chewy. I will not buy this product again. To me it added a weird taste to the dish. ***I tried it again, since I bought 3 boxes. This time I cut the noodles up into small bite size and you didn't notice the chewiness of the noodles. Also, the after taste did not show up this time....so that could have been the sauce instead of the noodles. At this point, I am not sure if I would try again, but glad I gave it a second try.

This is one of the best low-carb pastas I’ve been able to use with my recipes Easy to prepare and some of my guests don’t even notice that it’s a different type of pasta definitely high-quality low-carb. I bought quite a bit of these products and I will continue to use them. Some of my guests even liked the pasta and couldn’t tell the difference

This is the type of pasta you would want to use if you are on a Keto or low carb diet. It is just like having regular pasta that you may miss but this will fit in with dishes that require something in the recipe for example spaghetii

I was not happy at all. Terribly horrible. Taste. Not good. Texture weird. . Not ever again.
