I took this twice. Got incredibly nauseous both times. Sick for several hours each time. I am in very good condition and only wanted to loose 5 lbs. Honestly this is the worst product I have ever purchased.

The product got here fast , but unfortunately it didn't work for me. It made me sick and feel lousy.

Used this to curb my sugar cravings - worked pretty well

Ok, I've tried sooo many pills and didn't have a darn thing happen. THESE WORK!!! I've gotten into the habit of taking one when I wake up, before waking my 3 yr old and getting her ready for school. By time we leave the house, the pill has kicked in and I'm full of energy!! I'm not one to overeat, but I do notice that my appetite has changed with this pill and my energy has tremendously boosted. BUT....... I'd advise you not to drink coffee or caffeine while taking these pills. I accidently took this pill with my morning coffee and thought I was having a heart attack! LOL
