It IS like the original.
Actually is like the original. There are several makers of this product and some of them are very bad quality, with a strong synthetic smell. This one is, indeed like the original... even though we got a bottle that was one year from date of mfg..the life of this being two years.

I’ve been using this for a while, and it does a great job of making coffee smoother and creamier without adding fat.
