Question 2

Accepted Answer

The Garden of Life MyKind Mens's multi 40+ is made from organic non-gmo foods. As any food grown from the earth, there will be trace heavy metals that our earth naturally provides. Garden of Life We complies with testing requirements per the following health organizations:World Health Organization (WHO)The European Union (EU)The Canadian Natural and Non-Prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD)The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA)â"tolerable daily intakeThe United States Pharmacopeia (USP)The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)â"drinking water standardsThe State of California (Proposition 65)â"naturally occurring exemption

Question 3

what is the size of the pill?

Accepted Answer

Its not the biggest pill i've ever taken but its not as small as their regular Men's Multi-vitamin that is not 40+. I would say its a medium sized pill.

Question 4

Does this contain iron supplement?

Accepted Answer

No it does not. However, it contains zinc, selenium, chromium, and manganese. If you are in need of iron, consider taking Backstrap Molasses, instead of synthetic iron supplements. Feosol is a synthetic iron supplement generally prescribed by allopathic doctors for iron deficiency. Food based supplements, like Garden of Life or Megafoods products, are safer than synthetic supplements. Since we get nutrients from our daily diet too, I generally reduce the manufacturer recommended supplement dosage to 1/2 or 2/3 max.
