Even if you are not a senior, this is a great one tablet a day vitamin. If you review the list of ingredients, you will see it is amazing they put all that in one tablet. It has the highest amounts of each thing that I have found in a multivitamin. Most multivitamins give you a very low amount of each and then make you take more than one tablet just to get that minimum. While I still supplement this tablet with other pills to strengthen my immune system, I highly recommend this one for anyone who only want to take one a day vitamins only. Don't take my word for it. Review the list of vitamins and minerals in this brand to other ones and you will see why I rate this one the BEST!

I’ve tried many vitamins these are by far the best.

Rainbow Light contains quality multivitamins with natural organic ingredients. The digestive enzyme blend works great for me, it improves my digestion and reduces bloating. The only drawback is, it does not contain vitamin K2 which is essential for bone health and works with Vitamin D3. I am not sure why the manufacturer skipped K2 when other brands have added to their multivitamins.

I started taking Rainbow Light Active Adult 50+; for a few weeks now. I have been using the Rainbow Light brand for two (2) years now, but my this my first time for Rainbow Light Active Adult 50+; to date I have not felt any difference in energy levels as claimed by others. I have never noticed any increase in energy levels whilst taking ANY multivitamins.(in fact an increase may be just perception rather than reality ) The only thing I noticed so far is a change the colour of my urine to neon yellow. (Excess of B vitamins leaving the body.) Also I had a Vitamin B12 blood test done and the reading was (823pg/ml) which is quite good. Being a strict vegetarian I shall continue taking it to supplement my diet

I am 56 years old , I chose this vitamin for many reasons: 1) it had all the ingredients i was looking for in a vitamin , good for men and women 2) It was paraben free and gluten free 3) Made in USA 4) Works really well, Knock on wood but I have not gotten sick since taking it for almost two months and it was important for me to stay healthy,since my husband just receive a bone marrow transplant and is immuno compromised and i visited the hospital everyday. 5) I like the fact it's one tablet a day ; easy to digest and no smell

I am very happy with this 50 plus multivitamin! I have noticed several good changes after taking them for more than 2 months. I am a runner so I take pretty good care of my health anyway. However, I was feeling like I needed a little bit more. I added this into daily supplements and have been very pleased. The caplets are a bit on the larger side, but I can take them with ease. I just toss it back with about seven other capsules, a methylated folate, and a small E capsule, no problem. For those that have a problem swallowing larger pills you may need to break it in half.

I used to use the 40+ vitamin from this company (and gave it a rave review), but could never manage to take the full number of tablets recommended per day. The Active Adult is a single tablet per day, and has a nice blend of vitamins, minerals, and supplemental ingredients. With one tablet, it's easy to add something else if needed. As a lovely bonus, I can smell the Rosemary extract in these, an aroma I find pleasing. Highly recommended- and I really appreciate that they changed the name from Senior something to "active adult." I'll tell you when I'm a senior, darn it! Until then I'm just an active adult with a lot of experience and really good vitamins!
