All the great songs from the Anime Series and more. While it doesn't include the piano pieces performed in the competitions I did not care about that small detail. It had all of the music I was hoping to hear from the Anime. Absolutely breathtaking enough that I had to buy one for my Mom as well as she loves this type of music as well.

Along with the classical pieces chosen (sold separately), this is a fine sound track and a great way to relive the series. I will add my voice to those who have already complained that the CDs don't include the intro and outro theme songs--perhaps an issue of obtaining the rights, but still, it would have been nice to have the complete songlist.

There are a couple glaring omissions in this soundtrack that you should be aware of:1. None of the opening sequence and credit sequence songs are featured in this soundtrack2. None of the pieces performed on stage or in practice by any of the show's characters are featured in this soundtrackWhile this is a bit of a disappointment, what you do get is 65 tracks of music ranging from fun and quirky to just outright beautiful that are completely unique to the show itself. If you are a fan of "Your Lie in April" this is still a must have.Also be aware that all text in the packaging and in the music files (song names, artist names, album names, etc) were entirely in Japanese script (NOT Romaji). This is at least true for the copy I received.

Amazing music and many memorable pieces from the show. This CD only comes with the background music that was composed for the show, the classical pieces and performances are found on the other Your Lie in April CDs. I personally love the music on this soundtrack, however my CD didn't come with the slipcover with all the character's laying down as mentioned in the top review. This bummed me out a lot, that's why I gave the review a 4 rather than 5 stars.

Came as described but took much much longer than it was supposed to

The CD doesn't have the classical songs or the classical remakes from the anime. Which is why I bought the cd in the first place. I love the show but I don't think its complete without the classical peices. Kaori's Kreutzer for example. I don't regret buying the cd the little ditties on it are cute but I'm disappointed that its lacking the more epic songs.

The soundtrack is amazing. Disc one is most of not all of the songs from the anime, disc two had songs I didn't really recognize as much but, still pretty good. Not to mention how gorgeous the discs and cover artwork are. Definitely recommend if you are a fan of the Your Lie in April series or love classical anime music.

It is nothing like the description as “Original song and soundtrack". Missing are the opening and closing songs and music and all the piano music from world famous composers that are such a central and essential part of this anime.It contains 65 short tracks mostly of background music from the anime with some songs that are not from the series.

This CD has excellent classics which people should hear to. I think the anime is great as well, storyline is OK level, but the music was such a good choice, Chopin masterpieces, my Claude Debussy favorite song "Clair de Lune" which turned into "For you ~ month of light-drenched terrace -'vocals by ENA" which even makes the song better with a voice :) , Beauty and the Beast Waltz - very very famous piece composed by Tchaikovsky I think.

Perfect soundtrack to a perfect anime. Discs are lovely and delivery was decent.

Una de las piezas más importantes para coleccionar, no lo abriré al menos en un tiempo porque lo quiero de colección, llegó de forma impecable y está hermoso, incluye 2 discos.Para los fanáticos de la serie que quieren coleccionar, incluyen los soundtrack de todo el anime, las canciones que cantaron algunos seiyu.Súper hermoso para cualquier fanático que quiera coleccionar cosas sobre el anime.

Mi banda sonora favorita y la que, junto con el anime, me empujó a que comience a seguir mis sueños, y decidir estudiar música.Muchas de estas piezas musicales las considero de mis favoritas de la historia, y por fin las tengo en mis manos físicamente, tras tantos años escuchándolas en digital.
