I am impressed at how much of a difference there is between OE filter and pollen filter or any off brand filter and pollen filter.My only complaint is that assembly of the filter and pollen filter takes a bit of work to mate them up.The good thing is that it the snug fit is not only with the filters but when putting into the Dreamstation.Personally I prefer less chance of air bypassing the filters since I am very sensitive to polluted air.Pros:Great value for what you get.Snug fit in machine.Better than OE fit.Having 1 baggy for the washable filters and another for the pollen filters keeps them from getting contaminated or lost.Cons:It can be a bit of work to mate up the washible filter and the pollen filter but is worth it still.

For the price these filters are fine. My only complaint is the clip-on filter is made of hard plastic and can be a bit challenging to snap on. But otherwise, the filters perform as expected.

My medical equipment place acts as if I"m stealing from them when I ask for a filter for my machine, so luckily I happened upon these and they are an exact replacement for my Phillips Dream Machine CPAP. Never been happier! I'll keep using these!
