Best psyllium I've ever tried for digestive health which doesn't surprise me because this is a great brand. Works perfectly for keeping system moving and well maintained without any harshness or drama at the other end it literally levels everything out. I mix it with grape juice and let it sit for 5 min so it becomes more gel like before drinking which makes for a smoother and better tasting experience and the results are super consistent from one day to the next.

I am always constipated (sorry TMI) and I decided to try this because I am starting iron infusions and was recommended to take MiraLAX (but i refused to). After 3 days of taking this only one scoop, I was able to go to the rr 3x in 1 day!! I was amazed! Flavor is flavorless, it is weird to see the texture which might look like gelatin but once you mix it up and drink it;, is like if you’re drinking your drink with chia seeds. Really recommend

This Fiber Husk is awesome and it works. Follow directions. You have to drink this right away and do not let it sit. It will become a thick jelly like substance. Make it, drink right away with a lot of water and bloop into the toilet. This is my second order of a bundle of 2. Will definitely make this my go to fiber husk.

I LOVE this company for their medicinal teas from adaptogenic herbs, but now am adding their psyllium husk into my permanent collection as I use it daily for the wonderful benefits to the intestine/gut...My other supplier has mysterioulsy stopped carrying it, but I am happy to support this great company instead!

I have been using Psyllium off and on for years and find it extremely helpful if you have IBS or similar. This particular brand I find excellent and am on my second tin. There is no problem with removing the tin lid when first opening. I see that other reviewers have said it is awkward and unsafe. It is the same type of lid used on some brand of peanut containers. There is a plastic lid for normal use that just clips on firmly. Just to show how good this stuff is I will use my dog as an example. She had diarrhoea for two years. It went from liquid to runny to very soft in cycles. I tried everything I could think of from Slippery Elm to adding rice to her food. I feed raw. Nothing made the slightest jot of difference. The vet hadn't got a clue and just said something is wrong somewhere. Well yes! Anyway I was Googling yet again to try and find something to help when I read on a forum that a dog owner had used it for her dog with great results. I checked up that it was safe for dogs and that night put a heaped teaspoon in her dinner and added water which was soaked up. I was a little worried that I had no means of making her take the amount of water recommended on the product, but after several of weeks of use there have been no problems. Right from the first dose it worked. She has had no more problems with diarrhoea and or loose motions. In humans it works for both diarrhoea and constipation.
